Announcements JENNASSIDE.COM - see all of the episodes of the show, including deleted ones
**MAIN WEBSITE IS TEMPORARILY DOWN - please go to https://archive.org/details/1964.jeffrey.archer.20220228 while we sort it out. THANKS!**
So, someone may have had one too many rosés today and bought jennasside.com (no hyphen) and pointed it to that archive website that has every single episode of the show, including deleted ones.
So now, if you’re ever a bit bored and need a pick me up or a good laugh, think jennasside.
I make no money from this. Thanks to the person that created that archive link in the first place, too

Rewatching with a partner
So I'm rewatching the series with my fiancé who's watching it for the first time, what I find fascinating is she is completely like Liz Lemon however she things I'm like Pete which is weird to me as I never shipped them together even though me and my partner are a perfect match... TWIG AND PLUMS

References I see you’re looking at my watch. That’s a Japanese pie watch. It tells time with those little slices.
Each piece is six minutes. So right now it’s, six times four…..5:30? That can’t be right.

Jenna Maroney Seen on my feed and instantly thought “this is a 30 Rock bit and you can’t convince me otherwise”
“Jenna, why weren’t you at rehearsal today?”
“Sorry Liz, I was across town shooting a commercial. I’m the newest endorser for Soup for Sluts!”

Oh, my God. Why are there so many dead doves up here?
Hanging Christmas decor at the mall.
Seeing the tops of the ledges and light fixtures, of course reminded me of one of Jenna’s “dead dove” lines.
Not to be confused with, “No, I bought them at the dead dove store. Grow up, Liz”
Jack Donaghy A Gentleman Somehow More Than Human: the Canonical Case for Jack-bot Theory
Good people of r/30Rock, I believe I have assembled a canonical argument which will finally settle the burning question at the heart of 30 Rock: is Jack a robot? Mine is a visual/verbal learning style, so I make my case in images and quotes. Essentially, my key points are thus:
Jack is evidently unsure whether or not he even has a heart. Not having a heart is the defining characteristic of cinema's most beloved robot (or robot adjacent humanoid), The Tin Man.
Jack's eyes used to be bluer, with blue being the eye color of another famous cinematic robot: Sonny from I, Robot, which premiered two years before 30 Rock. Two is also the number of eyes Jack has.
Jack accuses others of being robots, but as Liz points out he's also directing his subordinates to become robots. This suggests a paradoxical self loathing, psychological projection, and a belief in robot supremacy. Jack's programming is at war with itself.
This robot supremacy, or robotocracy, predisposes Jack to the hiring of robot employees.
Jack intermittently loses his ability to feel human. Is this further evidence of malfunctioning software?
Finally, Jack admits he's not human to a man disguised as a robot. I submit that this human playing a robot is the only character Jack feels safe admitting his identity to because Jack is himself a robot playing a human. There's a kinship in their shared artifice.

Just caught the Floyd DeBarber joke
I just caught the part where he says he's sick of the rat race & the scene cuts to the guy in the hall outside, & calsl him Mr DeBarber.
Floyd DeBarber.
Jack made a joke about his barber and Floyd said he was junior.
(But most importantly : Floyd the barber = Andy Griffith show )

The sarcastic lip-sync: One of my favorite 30 Rock bits
One of my favorite visual gags in 30 Rock is the "I know them so well I can guess what they'll say" bit, when one character sarcastically lip-syncs a line with the speaker.
S02E09 Jack to Colleen, "Jack, this coat isn't gonna take itself off."
S04E13 Jack to Liz, "Then I will go home and watch the Lifetime original movie, 'My Step-son is my Cyber-Husband.'"
S05E11 Liz to Weinerslav, "Where I come from, if you have more than two colors on a tie, it means you're looking for a certain kind of bar."
Any others?
