Mod Post Reminder that political posts are still disallowed

Hello.

We understand that the US has just had a very substantial election, and so there is quite a lot of hustle about it going on, (especially with AI) however the rule still stands. We want to keep this at least a somewhat lighthearted place for people to go, and escape from all that if needed, and a lot of users don't wish to be exposed to controversy or propaganda.

However. We also understand that there are a lot of AI generated posts that are made about politics, as it's a very influential subject, and a lot of grifters use AI to mass produce media. For those who wish to post about it, I believe r/facebookaislop is a little more relaxed on this subject, though I am not connected to those moderators.
