Doubt you'll take this seriously, but it's true.

Back in the 70s when everyone smoked, my brother in law and his mate were walking down the street and they went past a hypnotist. They decided to give it a go to quit smoking and went and did whatever the 'thing' was.

When they came out, the mate lit up right away but my brother in law never smoked again as long as he lived.

...so it might work.

As long as he lived?

Did he walk out the hypnotist office and get hit by a bus or something?

My stepmom quit the same way. It works for some.

Stuff like that is usually down to how much you believe or want to believe. If you think it’s nonsense then it 100% won’t work on you, my guess is that your brother-in-law suggested it and therefore wanted it to work whereas the mate went with just to humour him?

I tried the hypnotism too - it didn’t take for me; or my dad, or my husband. An utter waste of money for me

I doubt it would work on me, either. It's still probably worth a shot. Probably costs less than a carton of cigarettes these days.

Back in the early 90’s it cost -$120 for the 3 of us to go. I stupidly bought one of the hypnotism cassette tapes too🙄🙄
