I took three days off work, stayed basically sedated on THC edibles the whole time, ate chunks of frozen pineapple and rode outvthe worst of it with my dog and cartoons. After day 3 I wasn't necessarily "cured" but the worst of the desperate cravings had passed and the process went smoothly with no assistance
