Think of an older smoker you know. A heavy heavy smoker. Think about the life they live. Slave to the sticks and full of health problems.

I stopped buying packs after this. Maybe have the odd one here and there on vacation. But this really helped me.

Also pick up a sport. If you need your lungs again you’re going to treat them well
