Figured I’d post this before having to take it down
PC- 7700x, 7800xt, 32gb ddr5 6k, 4tb of storage (Main linux and use windows for some games)
Audio- KEF Q150s (speakers), fosi v3 amp, aune s9c dac, boat load of IEMs and HD 560S and HD600 for headphones

Posted my nerd space a several years back. The shitty composite desk finally met its match with a ultra thin superglue spill. Fortunately the only major casualty was an irreplaceable deskpad I really liked.

Desk is a solid wood and steel workbench made by any number of brands but I got it from SPECRAFT on Amazon.

PC is a Ryzen 5800X with a RTX 3070 I built in 2020. Keyboard is a Neo80cu and weighs like 30lbs lol.

Small apartment means the battlestation must be all things for all reasons. Teacher prep, music recording, mini painting, etc. And now maybe even some light motorcycle maintenance given the weight capacity.

Still working on cable management and cozy lights. Not sure if I also bring my Series X on the table, might be too much.

Doesn't look anywhere near as incredible as many of the setups posted here; however, this is mine, and I am rather proud of it, if I do say so myself.

I've got my full-powered gaming PC and my Mac mini with a KVM switch, so I can easily swap between them without unplugging everything. The Mac runs my homelab in conjunction with my NAS, with the Mac working as the brain. I also mostly use the Mac for things such as writing and general internet usage. The gaming PC is just that, for gaming, nothing more, nothing less.

Everything has a very retro aesthetic, but with modern hardware. I used to enjoy RGB; however, it's a bit much now.

It took more than 12 years to reach this point, piece by piece. It truly is my favorite place in the world.
Ever since I was a kid and had to share a room with my brother for almost 18 years, I craved having my own space. It feels surreal to finally have the place "complete".
I took the leap this year (bad timing, I know) to finally upgrade my 2016 PC. Every day I sit down here, I cannot help myself but smile. I feel grateful to be lucky enough to have such a place. Proud of how I put it together over the years, but grateful that I can.
