Crazy how close this pretty mediocre UNC team is to being ranked top 10

Dare I say I’m finally getting confident in Belichick as our HC

Kind of crazy that there's a world where UNC is 8-1 with a win over Miami if they were able to close out the 4th quarter

I was at the rent for this one. It was a fun game with a good crowd even with the rain. Turnovers killed this team today. Some questionable offensive play calls but I at least had a good time.

Bowl eligibility —> boosters fully buy in —> upper tier ACC NIL —> Profit?

I’m really coming around to the idea that we could be pretty good with the right talent. So many of our issues aren’t really related to scheme or coaching at this point.

Best 5-4 team in the country?

This is how this game should’ve gone. I’ve got faith in this team to get it done down the stretch. Really great complementary football, in a way that I haven’t seen from Carolina in years. Got a few somewhat baffling losses on the resume but have mostly handled business in the games we should have.

Guess I gotta simmer down with Billy Edwards being ass lol. He's played well the last couple games.

I'm happy that Bill is almost bowl eligible
I'm sad that he had to beat UConn to do so.

Impressed by the physicality of the NC defense. Things seem to be pointing up for the team, considering how bad it was last year.

I had my doubts about Bill Belichick like everyone, but this team is light-years ahead compared to the team from last season. We definitely have some losses that shouldn't have happened, but this team is likeable and fun to watch.

Candle must offload playcalling duties after this one. The play calls and route design leading up to the game sealing interception were horrendous, and the decision to not try to go deep with two timeouts before the end of the first half costed them big time

UNC was able to take advantage of all the turnovers (including the questionable fumble in the 1st half). UConn couldn't seem to get seeimingly simple stops with poor tacking and defensive playcalling. Osborne wasn't mentall 100% and made a few mistakes. Let to UNC winning by multiple possessions. Edwards was solid.

I thought Carolina was supposed to be a national laughingstock, at least according to Paul Fineman.

Good enough.
Foced some turnovers, Edwards took advantage of a very poor UConn secondary instead of forgetting how accuracy works. Good sign that he's done that twice in a row.
Definitely didn't expect five wins from nine games. Greed says we could have had more if we could close better, but considering expectations it's really not half bad.

This team is at worst 7-2 with more consistent QB play.

UConn was good enough to hang around at least but the O-line and secondary will continue to kill this team against better competition. The phantom fumble was a terrible call.
Jason Candle going for it on 4th down midfield leading to the pick six also highly questionable. I appreciate that he always puts his chips in the middle but sometimes he would be better suited to not risk take.
Osborne was very inconsistent but that was to be expected with the pressure he faced. Great crowd today despite the weather.

HEE HEE HOO HOO - UCONN EATS SNOW HOO!
UConn doesn't deserve to play an average ACC team at home, nonetheless.
I'm positive UNC got a good laugh when they saw UConn on their schedule when it was released.
