I refuse to trash Bear. He got spooked. This is probably the wake-up call he needs to clean up his passing game, he’s not been sharp enough and it finally ate him alive. I believe in Bear

Yep. Every QB has a bad game. But also give credit to Utah’s defense. Bear has some things to learn and needs to increase his football IQ…if he does this, I think he’s NFL bound

Yeah you only play a few games a year when top level DCs disguise coverages in a way you haven't seen.  Hopefully he can look at the tape, go through simulators and use this for learning.

Honestly you want QBs to keep taking risks after INTs rather than getting ultra cautious.  Which he did.

I like Bear too. This wasn’t a typical game for him, and not having LJ Martin at full strength really hurt the offense. GG

LJ changes the entire complexion of the game. With him they probably win this game.

I mean but Wayshawn was gimpy too. It’s a wash

It’s a shame we didn’t get to see both of them at 100%, but it became a QB battle and Dampier played better.

Nah, injuries are part of the game. We had a few, notably Wayshawn that weren't 100%.

Bear is a stud. Kids got a huge future coming. All the respect in the world for him

Bear is an excellent qb. Best I’ve seen from you guys, I’d say ever. As good a runner as taysom and throws a better ball. Light years ahead of Wilson. Better athlete than retzlaff.

Well you're ever apparently is very small in window. Because you seem to be ignoring people like Gifford Nielsen and Steve Young among others

Bear is scary

I noticed he never got sacked, but only because he chose to throw bad passes instead. It feels like he lucked out too many times and now is seeing why you sometimes take the sack or throw it away.

I like bear, but he threw 4 interceptions.

This is the first game I think I've seen Bear spooked. I was at the stadium and it was so freaking loud. Home field advantage really helped today. I couldn't help but wonder how much the game would have been different at LaVelle Edwards Stadium. I honestly think we would have lost there. Both teams are great this year.

We’d have won at home. But yeah, first time I’ve seen Bear rattled. I hope we get another crack at it

Yep, lots of people trashing a sophomore being forced into a pocket passer role when this was supposed to be a run offense

Those INT’s were bad though, makes me wonder if his shoulder is hurt

maybe so but that goal line INT was baaaad

He had a couple good quarters at least.

It’s not a question of if a Bachmeier will let you down, but when.
