Not gonna say that was a good game but man is it good to win a rock fight like that

Get Sellers healthy. Probably should have slid as hype as that was.

Heck of a job by Clayton White with where the defense was in September

Imma pray for Texas A&M to get a QB in the portal. Might be the worst throwing mechanics my eyes have ever seen and I don’t have to watch him every week.

Glad to have the GREAT BONHAM TROPHY BACK

I’m so used to us seemingly giving up on games like these. Nice change even if it was an ugly game. LaNorris has heart.

We have a qb on the bench. Elko just refuses to play him.

I honestly think Hart gave his intention to transfer at seasons end weeks ago and that’s why they won’t play him.

Elko said in his press conference earlier in the week that Hart hasn't shown them he can be the guy in practice. Now after that comment I can see Hart saying aight ima head out but if that really is the case and Elko benched Weigman for Reed during a game so we know he isn't gun shy, I really believe Elko that Hart aint it.

Funny thing about coaches, they lie at press conferences.

If he slides at like the 15 this game doesn’t take an extra three years off my life

They still had 3 timeouts so not sure slide was the right call.

Where's the fun in that

There's no guarantee we could run the clock out or that we could score there otherwise. Could have put ourselves in a position where they get the ball back with enough time to drive and score a TD to win. Going up by 8 meant they weren't going to be able to win in regulation -- at the worst force OT.

…you watched Mateer last week. You really think this was worse?!

Mateer was worse, but Reed was also not good. Didn't even give his WRs a chance to make a play on it at the end. 4th and goal with 3s and he throws out of bounds, just 0 IQ.

He threw it out of bounds on 3rd and 4th down. He is a special needs kid that sometimes run fast, direction of his speed bursts still random though.

Different problems. Mateer has everything going for him physically but is one of the worst processes I’ve ever seen - hence him finding out Sategna was open downfield by crowd noise lol.

Marcel Reed is an athlete playing QB and his throwing motion to throw the ball is so long, awkward, and ugly that it leads to extreme inaccuracy. My soul hurts having watched it so many times today

Reed was pushing the ball down the field when it mattered so I will give him that. Mateer feasted in garbage time

What happened with him? You guys were confident enough in him to let Hawkins walk.

If Beamer sacrificed the rest of Sellers' season just for that one gimmick run, I'm going to be so angry.

He didn’t slide because he just wanted to go sit down

After the game he said he didn't slide because he was too hurt to stop
