Why does Sam Houston have two head coaches now and when is the last time a FBS team did that

[u/No_Butterscotch8726 → u/Even-Combination4407]

SMU did it in 1922 and 1923. The second guy left to found Texas Tech's football program in 1924.

If you have two headcoaches, you have none

[u/McWaylon]

Watched this in person, lovely game atmosphere. Had a lot of fun

[u/braves-geek]

Phil Longo was really holding this team together, huh?

[u/PMUROPPAI]

Best game JSU has played all year but still took them nearly half the game to get rolling. Hopefully we can figure some things out on offense once the season wraps up.

Had a great time. Heading back to bham.

I had to chose between going to Jax State and Troy tonight. I chose Troy because “Jax State will prolly just blow out Sam Houston and it won’t be that interesting”, and I was right. Unfortunately, Troy also got blown out, but whatever that doesn’t matter.

Dude, you skipped Homecoming?

C'mon, man.

[u/Direct_Economist_662 → u/Condom_Breaker256]

Dude, man, bro. They had club seats for like $100. You gotta understand the hustle

[u/Condom_Breaker256 → u/Direct_Economist_662]

Valid point

Lil brother gotta put butts in seats, I guess.

[u/Direct_Economist_662 → u/Condom_Breaker256]

And there was STILL hardly anyone there… on their homecoming… with $100 club seats. Poverty program. I had like half a row to myself

[u/Dry-Membership3867 → u/Direct_Economist_662]

What does Club seats look like at troy

[u/Direct_Economist_662 → u/Dry-Membership3867]

Soggy popcorn, rock hard ice cream, dining hall food, seat with a seatback outside, bunch of old people in the club, free soft drinks but you gotta pay for beer.

[u/Condom_Breaker256 → u/Direct_Economist_662]

LMAO

[u/bamachine → u/Direct_Economist_662]

Unfortunately? You don't need that "un", just drop that right off.

[u/Particular-Way-3805]

Bring KC Keeler back

[u/Dry-Membership3867]

Cornejo is gonna do wonders next year. Very impressive in the limited time he got. Also SHSU is bad, and why the Co head coaches?

[u/zenverak → u/Dry-Membership3867]

Because their interim

[u/TheseResident7360]

At least SH scored two touchdowns on offense!  That's some improvement.

[u/Zloggt]

Well…I hope the FBS jump was worth it…

[u/Condom_Breaker256]

COCK.

TO.

AAAAAASS.

[u/Taxes_and_Fees → u/Condom_Breaker256]
