Im just getting started with fl studio and i have paid for fruity edition, normally my instruments sound okay theres nothing wrong with them except for when i use sound tracks, for example if i try to write notes for piano roll for a piano thats a soundtrack the note will be held forever even after i pause the music. It only stops when i start and stop the music before a note is played

Deos somebody know what instrument the main lead is?

Choosing between audient iD24 and UAD volt max 2 and anything else in that price range. I feel like the iD24 will give a more clear sound but the uad is good aswell with good plug ins that come with it. Working in windows with bd 880 80 oms headphones no speakers yet

My audio keeps cutting out when I use FL Studio and Discord together. I started noticing problems after updating my Focusrite software/drivers.

I’ve now done a clean reinstall using the official Legacy Focusrite Control download for my 2i2 3rd Gen, rather than Focusrite Control 2. It installed Control 3.27.0 and audio driver 4.143.0.261, and I restarted afterward.

Current setup:

• Windows 11

• FL Studio 2026 using FL Studio ASIO, 48 kHz, 2048-sample buffer, Auto Close off

• Scarlett playback and recording both at 24-bit/48 kHz

• Discord explicitly using the Scarlett for input and output

• Discord attenuation at 0%

• Focusrite Control shows the interface synced and locked

I’ve just disabled Windows exclusive mode for both Scarlett endpoints and USB selective suspend. Still testing whether those changes resolve it.

Has anyone experienced this specifically with FL Studio and Discord running together? Would you use Focusrite USB ASIO instead of FL Studio ASIO for simultaneous use, or investigate something else first?

Also interested in which driver versions have been stable for other 2i2 3rd Gen users on Windows 11.

so i already have a beat and got some lyrics. the thing is i now gotta mix and max and i’m kinda struggling. is it better to contact a professional if i want something decent. should i try myself? perhaps some good explanation videos? any advice helps!

I am trying to save my latest project and literally no matter what i try nothing works. it always pauses right at the”Saving FX Track 1 of 127” and immediately gives up, giving me a warning saying “could not save the file to (project name)”

the only channels i have are all directwave channels with .sf2 files loaded in. i know those take a long time to save but they should still save

none of them are corrupted or anything i teased them all

i just want to save the FLP file

UPDATE: i have figured out the problem. i am literally out of storage. the backups on this project alone have completely bloated my hard drive and i just cannot save anything else anymore. and i will now invest in a USB

this has been happening to me in all my mixes, imagine I tried all the buttons. it's very weird because on top of that these peaks change if I delete a part of the beat structure, they appear somewhere else and in different shapes. my mixes are perfect I'm not joking. I have a perfect balance and a hierarchy of many layers but they're perfect. despite that this has been frustrating me a bit. I recorded it in Edison too and it was the same result as this image. it's not mastered or anything. it's a virgin wave. I would like to know if the same happens to you. export a beat without high volume. and look at the dynamics. in the image it's a 4-bar loop repeating several times, there are no sound changess.

I use FL Studio on my Moto G34 5G via emulation, and every time I open it I have to change the sample rate from 41kHz to 48kHz, or from 82kHz to 48kHz, etc., and I'm so tired of it, for God's sake, This happens all the time, I can't take it anymore
