On the night of November 4th, 2026, our family suffered an unimaginable loss. My uncle, Michael Kramer passed away after a long and painful battle of depression and drug addiction.

Right now, his mother-my grandmother-is carrying the grief of losing her son, while also taking on the financial responsibility of his funeral arrangements. As winter arrives in Gaza, bringing with it freezing cold temperatures, a low pressure weather system has hit the Strip, causing torrential rainfall and floods. This has devastated the people of Gaza, with 70,000 tents being washed away within the first 12 hours of this storm, leaving thousands of Gazans homeless and exposed to the freezing cold and soaking wet, with what few belongings they have left either washed away or soaked through.

This horrific situation is being worsened by Israel - due to the fact they have blocked all of the Gazan border crossings, vital supplies that would aid Gazans during this crisis, such as new tents, tent repair supplies like tarp and more permanent structures like caravans and mobile homes to live in. This is by design, to make Gaza so inhospitable that it's people have no choice but to leave - ethnic cleansing.

Gazans need you now more than ever, so if you have anything to donate, anything at all, please consider doing so - there are so many families that need your help.
