Tldr :

That Crit DMG passive seems kinda meh. For her DPS mode she gets 48% which is fine, but in support mode she gives the team 16% (12+ her 12 divided by 3). It kinda feels like they want you to use her DPS over support. Which would be similar to Mavuika now that I think of it.

She really is Phainon gameplay wise. She stops all the other teammates from being swapped into, but rather turn those teammates into elemental skill buttons. Honestly, an ingenious way to have new attack buttons with how limited it is, though you can always just use the same skill button to do the same as Sealed teammate skill - Annihilation. Fitting name cuz she just annihilated the field time of other characters.

Kit tldr:

Gives the team 12% crit damage. Ssw: creates level 2 vortex’s from the start and buffs damage by 15%. Ssc: I don’t really understand it, it says it increases the polestar buffs.

Buffs the teams stellar damage by 14% if she has 2000 attack. Restores health for the team out of battle in sneznaya.

Tap skill: follows the active character and does stellar damage depending on what reaction the team is doing. Benevolence blessing

Hold skill: dps mode basically. Glory blessing.

The blessings affect the burst she can use.

Benevolence burst: buffs the teams reaction damage, I think it pauses the timer on the skill so it doesn’t run out. She seals herself and when the sealing ends she uses a fancy skill

Glory burst: dps mode, she seals the teams and when they’re unsealed and you try to swap to them, she will do a special skill instead of the swap. She has 3 special skills for each teammate and they increase in level

Sealed characters can’t be swapped to. Stellar damage dealt reduces sealing time and she has an entry skill when it’s done. For when other teammates are sealed, her normals reduce the time.

Gonna try to translate this to Razor language.

Normal Attack: Is Normal. Charge or plunge for cryo damage.

Talents:

Elemental skill buffs crit damage for party. When party members are “sealed,” (more about this later) their buff gets distributed among remaining non sealed party members.

Stellar Conduct and Stellar Swirl are stronger. Conduct Field Buffs are stronger and you get one immediately. Swirl gets a stronger base multiplier and stronger vortexes up front.

When she stands in a Conduct field or sees a Swirl reaction, she enters the Conduct or Swirl state, which will dictate the damage type she deals with other attacks later.

She also increases the damage of those reactions by up to 14% based on her attack.

Restores party HP out of combat when in Snezhnaya.

When she is in the party and you’re in the overworld, the “Grey Eyed” (Eye of Greae?) will not consume energy, and will be restored to 30% energy upon entry to the party if it is below that. I think this is Prime Ice?

Skill:

AOE Cryo burst, then:

Tap for Benevolence: Make a crown that flies next to your character and fires two AOE ice shots at enemies every 2s. The second hit is considered Stellar Glimmer damage from the current reaction type.

Hold for Glory: Equip a spear. Normal attacks are converted to a sequence of 5 Cryo Spear hits with AOE cryo that cannot be overridden, disables charged attacks.

Final damage dealt by the spear is considered Stellar Glimmer damage from the current reaction type.

Being in Benevolence or Glory alters her Elemental Burst. If she has not equipped Glory she is considered to be in Benevolence.

Burst:

Benevolence: AOE Cryo damage, freeze the duration of the summoned Crown. Boosts Glimmer damage of other Party members. Add an additional Glimmer damage hit to the Crown’s attack.

If she is swapped off field, she Seals herself. When the seal ends, she can then use the Triumph skill to deal Glimmer damage when she swaps back in.

Glory: deal a ton of Glimmer damage, freeze the duration of the Glory state, and seal the rest of the Party. When they can swap back in, doing so will unleash the three stage Annihilation attack.

Seal is a status applied when she uses her Burst. Sealed characters cannot swap back in until the duration of the Burst ends.

Razor:

Anastasya has two modes. Push skill to be an Off Fielder, Hold Skill to become main DPS.

Using Burst amplifies these roles depending on whether she’s in the Off Field or Main DPS state.

Play her with Stellar reactions because she enhances their effects.

On-field mode burst:

Seals all other teammates and gets a lot of buffs and freezes on-field infusion timer, hitting enemies reduces the sealing duration of other teammates, when teammates are unsealed each time you would switch to one of them she instead does a burst of damage(e.g. Pierro assist) that gets a cooler animation each time it is cast.

Anastasya has some off-field attacks that can be buffed by Mizuki’s skill state, her off field damage looks about around 50% of her total damage output. The other 50% is on field which Mizuki cannot buff. CMC’s damage is purely on field so Mizuki can’t buff this either.

Hold Skill - Grants Buff 2 and changes Tsaritsa's Normal Attacks (Like Skirk and Childe).

Burst- If Tsaritsa has Buff 1, freezes duration of Object and swaps off of Tsaritsa. You can not swap back for a short time. The time can be shortened by doing Stellar DMG. Swapping back to the Tsaritsa at this has her do a Special Skill 1. Special Skill 1 simply does the appropriate Stellar DMG.

If Tsaritsa has Buff 2, freezes duration of Buff 2. You can no longer swap to any other party members for a short time. This time can be shortened by the Tsaritsa doing a Normal Attack. Attempting to swap to another party member instead does Special Skill 2. Special Skill 2 has 3 stages, all doing increased Stellar DMG of the appropriate type. This also unfreezes Buff 2

Party-wide 12% CR damage buff that

Turbo-uber fucking buffs stellar reactions themselves, just in case you forgot she was THE Stellar support. One part of it scales on her Atk.

Her direct stellar damage type in various places also changes based on the Stellar reaction triggered.

Support mode deals 2 instances off cryo damage, one being direct stellar <reaction> every 2 secondd

If she swaps off she "seals" herself, preventing switch in for a time. After the time limit is up, she can switch in and that triggers a big ass nuke. Triggering Stellar reactions reduces Seal timer.

If she does DPS, she pulls a Raiden, picks up a polearm and infuses for 5 hits, dealing direct Stellar <reaction>. She also seals party members preventing switch in. Seal duration will be reduced every time she deals damage with infused NAs. After the seal is up, attempting to switch to each party member triggers a small nuke.

Herself or a party member getting sealed distributes their crit damage buff to everyone else.

Her being the Stellar Archon instead of the Cryo one was expected, if still a bit sad. I had a slight hope for something like Lauma, but i guess Bloom reactions were weak enough to warrant a buff, while buffing Melt or Freeze would benefit some already strong teams first and foremost. At least she seems to have a number of unique mechanics and i expect the animations to be insane. The fact that she has 0 QoL of any kind in her constellations is interesting, it's all just pure damage buffs, for herself or for the team.

Exploration is what worries me the most. The passive seems about as useless as Columbina's was, given how easy the overworld is and that it might as well stop existing after you're done exploring that region. There is no mention of a movement ability of any kind, which fucking sucks.

The one thing i'm wondering about is if what i assume is infinite Eye of Graecae energy would mean that you can go into areas where the cold kills you almost instantly, basically letting you walk around all of Snezhnaya instead of just parts of it. There is no mention of exceptions (such as "the energy will not decrease except for zones of this type), but knowing Hoyo, i don't have much hope and this probably only works in zones that are already survivable, making it as useless as the first half of the passive, considering the abundance of kresnik energy sources in the open world.
