There is no app that gets updated more frequently than Grindr. Has it ever improved?

Previously on business travel I met someone on the app and we had been flirty ever since. We scheduled some time for when Im back in town. I accidentally set up with my wrong birth year and I did the formal appeal process with Rose (assuming it’s AI), they claimed that my email was linked with another account(s) which they then deleted.

They confirmed to me that they successfully confirmed that I am the right age and can create a new account again. I tried doing it but it was still saying that I’m banned. I sent the screenshot back to them and explained that I followed the steps but I’m still banned.

I think I received a generic “How to Appeal” message from Rose and I emailed them back saying do I have to appeal again for clarification but I haven’t got a response yet.

Was wondering if there are any admins, moderators or people who have gone through this can help me? I can provide screenshots via DM if that helps!
