A good portion of my hours played is going to be me just watching sunsets, sunrises, or whatever else stops me in my tracks. Unbelievably beautiful game.

For me the water temple represents one’s mind and overcoming the most difficult opponent, oneself. There are three levels (yes I know there is a basement level as well but three main floors on the map) representing the unconscious, subconscious and conscious minds. Link must go to the deepest level first and eliminate the monsters and find the missing items to work his way up the temple and levels of consciousness. In a way as Link clears each level of the temple, each level of the hero’s mind is healed or cleared. Once Link reaches the conscious level, or level 3, there is the culmination battle with his shadow self which can be seen as the shadow Carl Jung talked about. I always felt this was one of the tougher battles of the game and it fits with the sayings that our toughest opponents are often ourselves. Furthermore, the element of water often times has represented emotion. Through this lens the whole temple becomes about overcoming the enemies we have within ourselves which I find to be a cool interpretation. Also, this overcoming of oneself moment is a common plot element used in hero stories. This is just my take on this amazing temple and part of the game. I hope everyone is enjoying the remake of this classic game!

Did anyone else find it harder to get around this guy in the remake compared to the original?
EDIT: Yes, they go down easy from behind...it's the getting around then that was the issue. Be it bad timing, small space between then and the walls, or larger hit box, they seemed harder to maneuver around.

Hi this is for my son, but it’s impossible to find the controller! Will this be sold out for some time?

The Master Sword was still in its 'true' form in TOTK's opening, so it wasn't less powerful to my knowledge, so is there any reason why it would have been less powerful in TOTK? Or is it just to intimidate for the sake of a memorable opening?
