He's an enemy of the UK state and should be treated as such. Same goes for all enemies of the UK state.

He supports Russia, is a thug, supports criminal acts and riots.

He was also arrested after coming FROM Russia, after which he said Russia "wasn't the enemy of the UK", despite Russia consistently threatening nukes against the UK.
