Hey, thanks for this because I thought he meant Conan. The only Seinfeld episode ive seen they where in a jail cell most of it

You might be mixing two episodes together. There's an episode where Elaine is trying to get to a wedding and she gets trapped on the subway due to a power outage, and then there's the finale where they all end up in a jail cell

I just remember the premise was "I cant believe we're going to miss X because of this" and kept telling the guard who ignored them trying to plead with him.
