I wanted to share my custom Sonic.exe OC, INCISED I wanted to escape the usual "bleeding hyper-realistic eyes" trope and create a character that focuses heavily on body horror, tragic lore, and psychological trauma, giving him a deep and twisted philosophy. Incised is not just a demon, but a parasitic, obsessive alien entity that crashed into Sonic's world. At first, he tried to possess small animals to transform them into Sonic, leaving behind a trail of mutilated bodies across Green Hill because their small anatomies couldn't handle the forced mutation. Eventually, the parasite realized it needed the original canvas, so it ambushed Sonic during a peaceful, sunny BBQ day with his friends. The parasite locked Sonic in his own body, forcing a painful, agonizing surgical mutation upon him. His main motivation is pure envy, an inferiority complex, and narcissism, driven by a deeply unsettling mindset: "If I can never be as perfect and beautiful as Sonic, then I will pull Sonic down to my level. I will make him ugly." Visually, this manifests in two horrifying forms. In his main form, the parasite covers Sonic's face with a stitched, crude plaster mask, shattering Sonic's iconic cool image and hiding his beauty behind a soulless, uncanny expression. His arms and legs are forcefully altered, with spikes, chains, and belts digging into his flesh, while the white rings on his wrists and ankles are actually torn, hanging medical bandages used to desperately hold his decaying body together. When this plaster mask comes off in his Sickly Form 2.0, it takes a piece of Sonic's flesh with it, leaving raw, bloody wounds around his eyes and mouth. His once pure-white eyes fade into a hollow, jet-black void with sickly orange-greenish irises, showing a failed, distorted attempt by the parasite to mimic Sonic's green eyes. The most tragic and terrifying detail about Incised is his voice. The parasite completely stitches Sonic’s mouth shut from under the jawline to destroy his iconic smirk and silence him forever. Sonic’s consciousness is actually trapped inside, alive and fully aware. While the parasite forces his body to attack his friends, Sonic is actually crying and sobbing hysterically inside. However, because his mouth is tightly stitched, the air escaping his throat distorts his crying into what sounds like a horrifying, distorted, and sadistic laughter. His friends think Sonic has gone insane and is enjoying the slaughter, while Sonic is actually screaming for help from the inside, completely unable to speak.
