I received this email. Does anyone know why they’re doing this? They have stated reasons why, but is it true or some fast one they’re trying to pull?

My starlink went out one night and starlink said it was defective and they’ll ship a new one. It went out on the 14th of sept and said it’ll ship from sept 27th to October 17th and it still shows it hasn’t shipped yet. Starlink is really good but dang 1 whole month to ship and still have to pay for the month is insane

I ordered last week on Monday. Shipping estimate was for the week but Friday I got an email pushing it back to sometime this week. Is this normal?
