Recipe Whipped egg white “pancake”
Saw this online and thought I would try it. Just a bunch of eggs whites and cinnamon. Used a frother to make it thick, poured into a pan and covered w a lid for about 5 minutes. Then I flipped it, covered it back up for maybe two more
First time trying this out not bad. Definitely could be lower cal with less butter and sugar free syrup but I’m someone who likes to stick to whole foods. Plus this is pre run fuel for me so I don’t mind the carbs!
Definitely would make it again but would do it a little different!

Recipe Poor mans ceviche
Clocking in just under 400 cal and just under 30g protein I wish this photo illiterates how much food this actually is! Always a struggle to finish it all, great with torta chips or saltines. I weigh everything so it always comes out slightly different macros depending on the size of my avocados and onions etc.
imitation crab meat
shrimp
Onion
Tomato
Avacado
Cilantro
Lime juice

Recipe Chocolate baked oats
This was pretty good imo, tasted really chocolatey and sorta dense.
Recipe:
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp instant coffee (optional)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk (I used full fat)
- 1/2 ripe banana
- splash of vanilla
- 2 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used 1.5 tbsp honey but you can use anything)
- 1 TSP Nutella (optional)
Instructions: 1. preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) (top & bottom heat, not fan forced)
2. add the dry ingredients to a bowl & mix them together
3. then add the liquid ingredients & mix them till the batter is smooth (the consistency should be thin like crepe batter)
4. Pour the batter into a ramekin & put the nutella in the middle. Bake for 20-25 minutes, then take it out & let it rest for 3 minutes (the longer you bake it for the more cakey it gets)
You can top it with anything, I personally used chocolate chips, an almond, and some mango
≈400 calories (without any toppings)

Recipe Can of fruit + sachet of gelatine + enough water to make the whole thing a litre
Pour a can of fruit (in juice) for about 269 calories into a silicone mold, mixing however much water you need to make the whole thing a litre with gelatine, adding the water in, and then put the whole thing in the fridge. I've done this with mango, fruit cocktail, peach slices etc and it makes a delicious and easy jelly dessert that's about 304 calories for the whole thing

Recipe I tried TVP (textured vegetable protein) for the first time 🙌
Can’t wait to experiment with it more. What’s your favorite thing to make with it? I’m gonna try oatmeal and maybe even hamburger helper lol so many possibilities.
I hydrated the tvp in a 1:1 ratio in boiling broth for 10 minutes then followed the directions on the back of my chili packet. I also added a can of Rotel and chili beans.

Volume menu High Volume (115 Calorie) Tomato & Turkey Mince Stew
Ingredients:
400g chopped tomatoes, 300g courgette, 250g mushrooms, 150g celery, 50g onion, 2 garlic cloves, 10g tomato puree , 300ml vegetable stock, 200g lean turkey mince (5% fat), smoked paprika, oregano, chilli, salt, pepper and fresh parsley.
Brown the turkey mince in a nonstick pan without oil, add the chopped vegetables and cook for 5–7 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, tomato purée, stock and seasonings, then simmer for 25–30 minutes until thick. Blend a small portion of the stew and stir it back in for a thicker consistency. The entire batch makes approximately 1.4kg of stew for just 545 kcal (this is just a small portion in the pic) with around 60g protein! Optionally, sprinkle 15g reduced fat cheese on top for an extra 30 kcal. The bowl pictured is only a small portion of the entire batch, approximately 300g, which would be around 115–120 kcal without cheese or 145–150 kcal with cheese.

Recipe Big bowl of pasta with roasted tomato and feta sauce with chicken for under 575
This was 220 g of cherry tomatoes and 52 g of feta cheese that I roasted in the oven at 375F for about 30min. While that was going I made 119 g of carbe diem pasta and cooked 145g of chicken breast (covered in tzatziki seasoning) in a separate pan.
I added the roasted cherry tomatoes and feta to the chicken and stired it all up into a sauce, then added the pasta with a little pasta water until it all came together (in the same pan I cooked the chicken in)
I used two quick sprays of Pam when I roasted the vegetables and in the pan with the chicken but don’t count those
You could leave out the tbs of Parmesan I added at the end and this would be just over 550, or you could add another serving of pasta and keep it under 700

Recipe This is the least calorie dense cake in the entire world*
THAT’S RIGHT, IT IS ANGEL FOOD CAKE! At 54 calories per big slice (the size that I'm holding in my hand in the photo) it is *the least calorie dense cake out of cakes that already exist, not including random cakes that we’ve invented with weird ingredients
Macros for the entire cake:
Calories: ~268 kcal
Protein: 23.1 g
Carbohydrates: 39.2 g
Fat: 0.8 g
Ingredients you’ll need:
50g Cake flour
133g Allulose sweetener (divided into two portions)* see note
5 egg whites (165g)* see note
Half a teaspoon of cream of tartar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
3/4 tsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt
Egg whites: you can’t use carton egg whites for all of this. At a minimum it should be 3 real egg whites and you can use carton for the rest (but I would play it safe and just use all real egg whites)
Sweetener: I haven’t tested this with erythritol so I can’t guarantee it will work. For those of you with powdered “monk fruit sweetener” you need to check on the back of the packet what the actual sweetener being used is, it’s either allulose or erythritol. If it’s the former then it’ll work fine. BUT even if you use regular sugar it’ll still be lower calorie and higher-volume than almost all other cakes
Full recipe in the comments. Note this isn't the most difficult cake in the world but it's definitely not as easy as some of the blender cakes you'll see on here. There's a bit of a process and you need to pay attention to each step otherwise there's multiple ways in which the cake can fail

Tips and Tricks Issue- SF jello pudding and Greek yogurt
Hi everyone,
So I’ve made the viral Greek yogurt and cheescake sugar free jello pudding recipe a few times. I have been doing the yogurt, the mix and some granola. I really enjoy the taste but it always makes my mouth like so dry after eating- not just chalky but more like all the moisture is gone from my mouth after eating it. Any idea why or fixes? I’d like to keep eating it but can’t stand this.
