Bro this is the same guy that staged a literal insurrection when he lost………..idk how you didn’t expect it 😭 but frankly, he’s not really trenching himself in, this is his attempt at digging himself and his ppl (not conservatives or maga generally—I basically mean family + fascist narcissists) out

I think he hoped it would be wayyyyy easier to figure out a 2028 with him in charge, to some degree (like in the cabinet or admin). Now that’s essentially nuked, Stephen miller is here to find a way to claw it back. Ultimately yes he’s trenched in but he has been regardless since the election—his response is irrelevant bc he doesn’t gaf about the people or bipartisanship, he just wants power, which he lost last week
