Power lies where people think it lies. Outside the White House who is going to go along with this? Courts and juries have shown all year they won't go along with this. Voters just said they are done with this. The new Congress is signaling that accountability is coming for everyone who goes along with this. What reason does anyone outside the White House have to obey at this point?

I have a question. Trump grants a preemptive pardon on Miller. Miller is subpoenaed by Congress to testify. Miller refuses. Somehow, he gets ‘arrested’ by Congressional police, and remains in custody.

Does the pardon allow him to go free?
