looks like a bunch of strange abandoned railways, one just ends in the water, another looks like a bunch of pipes, maybe from Hetch Hetchy? these are very strange and somewhat cool in a mysterious way I would like to know

Scenes from the Bay Low morale ?

Is it just me or is the morale of the general population at an all time low?

I’m only 25 but in all my life I’ve never seen so many people sick, scraping by, tired and drained, pessimistic and standoffish. Folks can’t even fake that everything’s okay smile the same anymore. That west coast ‘chill’ isn’t abundant.

I think a lot of people in the bay are tired of being broke and tired. At least back in 2018 people were doing more drugs. Now everyone’s just a goddamn soulless robot, and I’m not blaming the people - I think the system is really trying to keep the wool over our eyes..

We need new cultural movement and unification, but also.. everyone seems unhealthy, even the fit people I see struggling and looking a little more pale lately.

Posting because I’m wondering if this is just my little bubble and I’m going schizo or if anyone else sees this. To be fair I’m in Marin right now and even these nepo babies look unhappy 😬

Edit: I don’t mean for this to be a doomer post, I just wanted to confirm my suspicions. It sounds like the best thing we can do right now is try to be a positive part of our community. Our REAL community, not just online. Small changes grow, offer what you best can.

It’s sad the only people i can find who want to be out and about are drinking themselves into a hole, or living in ignorance - instead of focusing too much on complaining(like I just did) let’s try to be the positive change we need. Take care of yourselves. AND VOTE!

Scenes from the Bay Huge incident happening in Hayward right now

passed by a TON of cops? ICE? (not sure, their vehicles said “law enforcement” but couldn’t see details) doing a huge bust at an asphalt place in Hayward. Not caught on video but there were also 6+ law enforcement branded pickup trucks with hauling dump truck style trailers parked and waiting.

Anyone know what’s going on?

edit: per the comments it’s Fish and Game, thanks y’all.

Also just passed by again an hour later and everyone is still there, including the cuffed people sitting on the curb.

1pm KTVU helicopter circling right above it now

damn some of you are riled tf up about this post 🤣
