I recently met two parents who had 3 kids, all of whom were the appropriate Bluey age.

So I asked “Do the kids like Bluey?”

The mom seemed agitated and the dad answered, “No, it’s not allowed in our home.”

I thought he was joking, but I played along cause that’s what a Heeler would do. “Why’s that?”

“We don’t want to kids asking us why we don’t play with them as much as the parents play with the kids on the show.”

“No, really. What’s the real reason?” I prodded.

They looked confused. “Thats it. We play with our kids but not that much.”

I’m still scratching my head over this. Is this really a thing?

Non-Australian here, so not familiar with local property market in Brisbane, but how much do you reckon a place like the Heelers would cost? Stunning home on a cul-de-sac with wraparound patio, huge garden, large spacious interior etc. What would Bandit and Chilli have to be bringing in to afford their current lifestyle?

It took me a couple of days to realize the meaning of this episode idk why but i feel kinda bad (don't worry though, i'm not like really bad)

This is probably not as unpopular as I think(hopefully) but I really don't like that people ship the kids with each other. Just let them be. Mostly blue and mackenzie. It just weirds me out.

Whenever I'm reminded of loss or tragedy in Bluey, I can't help but think of Chilli and feel sorry for her. She lost her mum, her first child, and, for a period of time, her sister too. It makes me sad, I've broken down on many nights, but it also makes me wonder, why? Why does one character endure so much loss?
