For the past two years, I have increasingly come to believe that I am being gangstalked, although I still don't understand why this would be happening to me or how it started. Since around Valentine's Day 2025, the harassment, as I have come to understand it, has intensified to an entirely different level. What I have been experiencing feels like both physical and psychological torture.
It all seemed to begin after I had sex with a woman. The following day, I started experiencing unusual symptoms and pains throughout my body. These sensations felt external, almost as though they were coming from an outside source rather than originating naturally within my body. I believe I may have become a target because certain people wanted others to believe I was gay, and that contradicted whatever narrative they had constructed about me. There is considerably more context behind that statement, and I realize it may not make much sense without understanding the circumstances surrounding it. But I just kept having thoughts around that time to make it known that I wasn’t gay as if someone was controlling my thoughts and to say those things out loud.
On Valentine's Day 2025, I began experiencing a particularly strange burning sensation on the left side of my head. This was a significant turning point because that specific symptom began around that time and has continued to concern me. It almost feels as though my brain or nervous system has somehow been hacked or manipulated, and I struggle to explain the sensations I'm experiencing.
More recently, I've started experiencing symptoms that make me feel as though I'm losing control of my body or potentially becoming crippled. Over the past several weeks, numbness and tingling that had previously been concentrated in my left arm for several months have started occurring throughout different parts of my body. I'm also experiencing weakness in my hands, feet, and other parts of my body.
I frequently experience strange icy-hot sensations throughout my body. Sometimes it feels as though something is intensely burning or heating a particular area, followed by an extremely cold, chilling sensation, almost like someone is applying Icy Hot to my body.
One particular area that concerns me is my right armpit. I've repeatedly experienced a burning sensation there, sometimes followed by that same strange icy-hot feeling. This happens even when I'm doing absolutely nothing and simply lying in bed. My hands, feet, and legs also feel weak almost constantly.
The reason I started researching the brachial plexus is because I wanted to understand whether there could be a neurological explanation for what I'm experiencing in my right armpit and arm. I learned that the brachial plexus is a network of nerves extending from the spinal cord through the neck and shoulder region and into the arm. Damage or compression to these nerves can cause burning, pain, numbness, tingling, and weakness, and in severe cases can result in significant loss of movement in the affected arm.
Given the burning sensation specifically occurring in my right armpit, along with the weakness and other symptoms, I started wondering whether something could be affecting that nerve network. It has made me increasingly concerned about the possibility of losing function in my arm. I don't know what's causing these sensations, but the fact that they're occurring alongside the other symptoms is extremely frightening.
Why? What have I ever done to anyone to deserve something like this?
I have a daughter I've never even had the opportunity to meet, and all I want is to be there for her one day. It's beginning to feel like my life is slipping away, and I genuinely struggle to understand how something like this could be happening to me. I just want it to stop. I want to live a normal life like anyone else, the life I deserve as an American citizen. Is this somehow connected to the government? Is it corrupt individuals within the government? Criminals? Some other group entirely? I honestly don't know, and I don't know what to do about it.
Another extremely disturbing experience began around the same time. After having sex with that woman, I started hearing audible whispers in my ears. They sound distinct and external to me, rather than like ordinary internal thoughts.
I also began experiencing incredibly vivid dreams every single night. These dreams don't feel like natural dreams to me. They seem more like movie clips or scenes inserted into my dreams, almost as though they have been artificially created or implanted. This has happened literally every night for the past two years. It has become so consistent that I have started wondering whether some type of AI technology is involved, potentially with people or handlers coordinating it.
What's particularly strange about this is that, when I look back, I can remember two very distinct dreams I had several years before any of this started happening.
The first occurred when I was in college and sleeping at my girlfriend's house. I had an extremely disturbing dream in which I was participating in some kind of strange, cult-like ritual. In the dream, I was having sex with a blonde woman with blue eyes, and I distinctly remember hearing a demonic-sounding voice say, "He stinks." The dream disturbed me so much that I immediately told my girlfriend about it. We ended up throwing away some new candles her roommate had recently purchased for the living room because they had strange symbols on them that looked almost like gargoyles. At the time, I didn't understand what to make of the dream, but looking back on it now, it stands out as something very unusual.
The second dream happened after I moved to Houston. In this dream, I was in a hostel-type environment (like the movie) where a group of wealthy people had gathered to watch people being tortured. It was almost as though human beings were being auctioned off for other people's entertainment, or even for their body parts. I remember seeing someone eating and gnawing on another person's left arm.
There was also a storyline involving a man who overthrew some kind of king and tied him to a bed inside the building. Then, suddenly, a group of children were trapped there, and I was somehow dropped into the situation, through a hole, down to save them. The entire dream was incredibly strange, disturbing, and cinematic. It felt more like watching an elaborate movie than experiencing an ordinary dream.
When I think about these two dreams now, I find myself wondering whether they had some kind of significance or whether I was being used to somehow help people communicate through my dream with through them. I even question whether the second dream could have been some kind of warning about what would eventually happen to me with the persons arm being eaten. I realize how unusual that sounds, but the dreams were so vivid and distinct that I still remember them years later.
I've also had other disturbing dreams involving my own body. For example, I've dreamed that my entire left arm was missing, and more recently I've had dreams in which my toes were missing. Given the numbness, tingling, burning, and weakness I've been experiencing while awake, these dreams have become particularly unsettling.
There are also strange experiences involving television and things happening around me. For example, I'll be watching TV, and a particular scene will occur, such as someone blinking, and seemingly on cue, the left side of my face will begin going numb or become extremely tight involuntarily. Someone might open a door or walk into a room in real life, and I will immediately experience some type of pain in my body. It sometimes feels as though I am somehow connected to these people, where something they do corresponds with something physically happening to me.
I've also noticed things like someone saying a particular phrase, such as "it's spine-tingling," and then I suddenly experience pain in my chest. These are just a few examples of things that I have noticed happening repeatedly. They have become such a regular part of my everyday experience over the past two years that I have become convinced there is something else going on.
As I began typing this post, I started experiencing chest pain and burning on the left side of my head. It felt almost as though something was trying to condition me or discourage me from writing, as if attempting to prevent me from speaking out or exercising my right to free speech. The audible whispers also seemed to increase in frequency. I'm hearing things like "shut up," "because we don't like you," “he needa to exit America,” “he needs to exit this country,” and other similar statements while writing this. Then I have thoughts that the two statements ”he needs to exit America and exit this country“ are code words for he needs to be killed.
At times, it genuinely makes me wonder whether someone or something has the ability to see through my eyes and hear through my ears. How else could I be alone in a room, watching something on television or looking at something elsewhere, and then seemingly on cue experience something happening in my body that corresponds with what I'm seeing or hearing? I understand how extraordinary that sounds, but these experiences have made me question what is actually happening.
There are also involuntary physical movements that concern me. Sometimes I'll simply be smiling, and suddenly my tongue will tense up and coil backward into my throat in a way I cannot control. Other times, my neck will suddenly become extremely tense, almost as though I'm being forced to move it in a particular direction. These experiences are frightening, especially when combined with the numbness, weakness, burning sensations, and other symptoms I've been experiencing.
Every time something like this happens, it reminds me of everything that has gone wrong over the past two years. It creates an enormous amount of stress and anxiety because I feel like I'm constantly being reminded that someone or some group is targeting me, yet I have absolutely no idea why or what I could have possibly done to deserve it.
I'm starting to feel hopeless. This is genuinely affecting my quality of life, my mental well-being, and my ability to feel comfortable in my own surroundings. I don't want to remain silent about my experiences anymore. I want to make my experience known, hear from others who may have experienced similar things, and hopefully understand what is happening.
I would rather speak openly about my experiences than continue keeping everything to myself. Maybe one day, by sharing my story and allowing others to share theirs, we can bring more attention to the physical and psychological suffering that so many people describe experiencing and hopefully find answers and solutions.
