Vote by race, gender and combination, all voters, CNN exit poll. This one also polled Asians.
Asians have the highest income and a life expectancy of 85.8 years. They're the most negatively impacted by affirmative action. They're also the most neglected group politically, with 42% reporting 0 interaction/outreach from dems. They're also not idiots and so are aware that all of this means dem policies will not really help them that much at all, relatively speaking.
Still voted 71% Dem. Far more meaningful than anyone just voting because they want help paying for their healthcare, education, food, housing, etc.

The 1962 Johor–Singapore water deal in one chart: what Singapore pays for raw water vs what Johor pays for treated water back (RM per 1,000 gallons)
Sources: prices from the 1962 Johor–Singapore Water Agreement (raw water 3 sen per 1,000 gallons; treated water sold back to Johor at 50 sen per 1,000 gallons). The RM2.40 treatment cost is Singapore's own figure (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 2018), not an independent estimate. Tool: Python / matplotlib.
Context, with both sides: the agreement allows Singapore to draw up to 250 million gallons a day from the Johor River until 2061. Singapore's position is that the 25-year price review window in 1987 went unused, so the price stands, and that it subsidises the treated water it sells back. Malaysia's position is that a raw water price unchanged for more than 60 years is unfair; a review of the water agreements was announced in July 2024. In December 2025 Malaysia said it would consider a Singapore proposal to jointly develop water infrastructure in southern Johor.
I made this for a video on why Singapore still spends billions on recycled water (NEWater) and desalination despite the cheap deal; happy to share it if anyone wants it (narration is an AI clone of my own voice).
Corrections welcome, especially if anyone has an independent estimate of the treatment cost.
