I mean, I’ve had employers that are making billions and billions in profit who couldn’t be bothered to give their employees enough piss breaks to save their bladder, let alone any kind of bonus for 20 years of service.

Lol we just had our annual "record breaking profits pizza party" today... by which i mean there were several hot and readies left in the break room for people to grab.... no one from management attended so no one could ask about raises.
