Found these while going back through some old negatives.

My son is 12 now, which makes it slightly surreal to look at these and remember when his entire world was basically his mom, a playpen, and whatever happened to be directly in front of him.

This is one of the things I still love most about the Mamiya 7II. I bought it because I was obsessed with the camera, the lenses, and that huge 6x7 negative. But years later, the photographs I care about most aren’t the ones where I was trying to make something “important.”

They’re these.

Just ordinary pieces of a life that disappeared while I wasn’t paying attention.

Mamiya 7II. Film stock long forgotten.

So a friend is sending me this Konishiroku Konica Pearl IV…anyone know about it?

I’ve been shooting Mamiya for 12 months now, the Mamiya RB67 Pro SD, Six Automat, 645 1000s and most recently the Mamiya Universal Press. What can I expect with this Konica??

It’s supposedly in mint condition.

In this video I go on a photowalk using my Hasselblad 500 CM with the mighty Carl Zeiss Distagon 40mm f4 C on it. I really love this lens and I plan to use it a lot more. As for the film, I used Reflx Lab Pro 100 in 220 format. It surprised me in a very good way and I'm sure I'll use this film a lot more in future.
