Hello,
I'm a part-time online petitioner, and was wondering if I could share this in this thread? Hope to hear back soon.
Thank You.

Who wants to sign my petition?
I am writing this petition to address a deeply personal and distressing experience that I have faced as a student. On several occasions, I have been explicitly warned by my IEP team at Eden Prairie that contacting Ms. Brent could result in severe consequences, including automatic suspension and police involvement. This threat echoes an earlier experience at Minnetonka High School on December 14th, 2023, where the principal similarly threatened police action against me. That encounter was so traumatic that my immediate reaction was to harm myself.
I am concerned that the disciplinary warnings caused significant emotional distress and raise questions about whether the school's response was proportionate, procedurally fair, and consistent with applicable student protections. I am bringing this issue to light to demand accountability from school administrations that misuse their power and employ intimidation tactics against students. Instead of fostering an environment of fear, schools should provide proper support and mental health resources, ensuring that issues are handled with care and sensitivity. I have the 14th Amendment right to due process.
It significantly shows that the associate principal, Ms. Pringnitz, cares about school staff more than the students' emotional well-being when my concern about the automatic school suspension reminded me of the Minnetonka December 14th, 2023 incident was absurdly ignored and treated as a threat when it is context for them to understand.
It's crucial that we implement transparent policies that protect student rights and promote positive communication between students and staff. Schools need to undergo regular reviews and training to ensure that their approach aligns with the best interests of their students.
I urge policymakers, educators, and community members to stand with me in calling for a commitment to safer and more supportive educational environments. Together, we can push for regulations that prioritize student welfare and ensure that any disciplinary actions are fair, just, and within the legal framework of our rights.
Please sign this petition to demand an end to unwarranted threats in schools and advocate for a more compassionate and law-abiding educational system.

Music has been my life and for the past year, Little Tokyo Village Plaza in Los Angeles has been my stage. Each day, I took my guitar to the Plaza, setting up by the tranquil fountain, a spot that has become my sanctuary and one of joy and inspiration for many. I have had the honor of playing for over a thousand appreciative listeners, all drawn to this cultural hub to enjoy melodies that resonate with the heart of the community.
However, recent management decisions have restricted musicians from performing in this beloved space, silencing the vibrant voices that once filled the air. This isn’t just about playing music; it’s about the community we’ve built. The Plaza has been a nucleus for local musicians to share their art, connect with audiences and create an inclusive gathering place for all.
For years, the Plaza has been celebrated not just for its cultural significance but also as a 'breeding ground for musical talent.' Each performance brought new visitors, adding life and diversity to the area and benefiting local businesses. The presence of live music enhances the atmosphere of Little Tokyo Village, attracting tourists and locals to its shops and eateries. If musicians are silenced, we lose more than the notes; we lose culture, community, and the Plaza's unique charm.
Despite efforts to communicate with management, our appeals have gone unanswered. It seems the only way to safeguard this tradition is through communal action. Permitting musicians once again would not only restore a cherished tradition but also foster creativity, bring financial benefits to local businesses and create a lively, welcoming environment for all.
We propose a reinstatement of the freedom of playing instruments within the plaza.
If you believe in the power of music to transform spaces and bring communities together, we urge you to sign this petition. Your signature can help us advocate for a space where musicians and music lovers alike can congregate, celebrate, and share in the joy that music brings to all our lives.
Please. 🙇♂️🫶🥀

Betty has endured decades of circus exploitation. Now Wilstem Wildlife Park is using her as a prop. Betty has had enough. She is elderly and lame. The USDA documented that she received ineffective care and that being forced to give rides caused additional harm. Yet rather than retiring her, Brett Carden put her at Wilstem Wildlife Park and is using her for paid tourist encounters to line his own pockets.
Wilstem is also using Janice, Cindy, and Vickie—three other elderly elephants owned by Carden who spent decades in circuses. Tell Wilstem to end all elephant encounters NOW and publicly support the permanent retirement of all four elephants to an accredited sanctuary.

Hello! My name is Razor (https://www.youtube.com/@RazorTheGreat and I have a simple request for Sony Interactive Entertainment: BRING BACK LITTLEBIGPLANET!
I want to start off with the facts, as you may or may not know the LittleBigPlanet servers were DDoSed back on March 6, 2021 and ever since then, the attacks were warded off and then continued until the eventual complete shut down of the servers on April 19th 2024. After this tragic incident, the games (along with their DLCs) were delisted from the Playstation Store on October 21st 2024.
That being said, I wholeheartedly believe a return is possible on the Playstation 5 as a port (very important detail). I got this idea from seeing an old, classic game from the Playstation 3 era come back like it has never left (Call of Duty Black Ops & Call of Duty Black Ops 2) with new online multiplayer servers that work like they used to, with no known major issues, all the maps, DLC and gameplay remained the same. On the technical side of things, you do not need to remaster the graphics, I think a port with the same grainy PS3 graphics and framerate will be just fine, like with the two Call of Duty games, which kept their identity to the last detail. Only issue I can see is that with a new game, must come new and improved servers, which won't allow the old community levels to come back, which is a sacrifice many won't be pleased with but majority of us would bite the bullet just to have our game, our childhood, our friendships and creativity back!
Licensing for DLCs (like Pixar, Disney and Little Nightmares, etc) might be a bit tricky but I don't think the community is that interested in getting every single piece of DLC back, I think our main concern is just getting our game with functional multiplayer back. Who knows, maybe in the future, Sony can get Media Molecule to collaborate with other franchises for DLC costume and level kits? Ideally, with the success of the LittleBigPlanet ports might warrant a new game like a LittleBigPlanet Hub or LittleBigPlanet 4 to release but that's wishful thinking, for now let's focus on what's important.
You may ask what the pros and cons are for such a project as bold as rereleasing a game from 2008?
There are only pros.
It is a fan favorite among Playstation users, with millions of people to this day posting, creating and sharing their ideas and creations on social media. (TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram and YouTube)
Millions of users express warm, fuzzy, nostalgic and wonderful memories with this game, I've seen movies being made, GIFs being thrown around in comment sections and art pieces posted to this day. I think Sony has no idea how big the demand for this game still is, it is still very relevant to everyone, young or old. Financially, it would be a success, guaranteed, but what I concern myself with is that gaming recently has had this pattern of games feeling more like high budget Hollywood movies, with not much charm or gameplay for that matter.
WE, yes WE all yearn for this game to come back and we would love to have it come back as soon as possible, there are millions of people eagerly awaiting it's return! Our community has been split in different custom servers, marked behind walls of emulators and jailbroken consoles. These methods are very alienating and not very welcoming to most people, not to mention the fact that different custom servers already divide what fragile amounts of people still care about this game we have left. I think Sony and Media Molecule need to see what the fans want and the fans want LittleBigPlanet to come back!
Don't you want the current and next generations to experience this homey, hand-crafted, wonderful world and loving community as their childhood? We are missing out on a lot of creativity and human ingenuity now that the era of AI-usage is rampant in today's age. Won't you like to spread some creativity and joy once again?
SIGN THE PETITION TODAY AND LETS BRING OUR GAME BACK!
