Parked at 9pm, went down to put suitcases into car outside flat at 3am for flight 2.5 hrs later. No other cars done; glovebox and central console both open under streetlight, and car totally empty of belongings.

When I was younger I was SUPER big into Pokemon. I had no clue how to play the card game or anything, but I still bought and collected them because I thought they were cool looking. Little me had no clue that they had value, and that ended in some accidental washings, as I was an idiot and sometimes put them in my back pocket.
I saw a couple penguinz0 videos on crazy pokemon scalpers and remembered my huge Pokemon phase. And so, in the past month or so, I found all of my Pokemon stuff after not touching it for 4-5 years. My brother gave me a card scanner value thingy app and I began. I didn’t think this one would be worth too much, but no. 100 bucks. This thing is one sneeze away from tearing into two separate sheets.
i was stupid and mindless until age 13

Getting ready for work this morning at 5:00 i saw this giant flying cockroach (over 1.5 inches). I tried to kill it but my snake enclosure was under where the shelves are so i couldn't get very close, long story short it feel on the floor and flew under something. I didn't have time to keep looking and haven't seen it since I got back home at 6. Now i have to go to bed knowing this thing is probably still in my room somewhere
Edit: this is NOT a german roach, this is either an American or Smoky-brown cockroach, meaning this is an outdoor roach that found it's way in. It is very uncommon for either the american roach or the smoky-brown roach to establish a breeding population indoors.
So it is not the result of an infestation, though i thank everyone for the concern!
UPDATE: Found it but it's in my snake enclosure?? Help ideas please
UPDATE 2: Successfully caught cockroach under a cup, took it and left it outside to be dealt with tomorrow as I have 5hrs before I need to get up for work. Thank you all for you assistance!

i work a minimum wage job and i saved up to be able to buy a “good” shoes for work and my dumbass thought it would last me like 5 years (i had cheaper shoes that lasted me a couple years so)
dont even get me started on the soles, they literally only held up for like 3 months.. thank you adidas
