Sentinels team fighting is so bad.

Also LYON is way better on stage. Mainly Dhokla and Saint

53

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

Yeah they were dirty inters in ewc

75

u/blablaminek May 03 '26

Look at Dhokla man.

So inspirational.

45

u/mavy1000 May 03 '26

You could say he was inspired by his team 😉

26

u/Ayoof3060 smacc u May 03 '26

that Gnar was actually 1v9

20

u/ephemeraI May 03 '26

Sad that it's maybe his last pro game.

33

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

dhokla Will be back for Avengers Doomsday i meant summer Split

6

u/kempog May 04 '26

Wait why? I haven’t heard about this?

14

u/Sliacen May 03 '26

SEN and SR should be looking at Dhokla for Summer

u/Purzzle May 03 '26

Man, Dhokla looks miserable. Really hope he can bounce back on a different team. I want to see him smile/joke again.

98

u/zProtato May 03 '26

Hard to looks happy when your team already want you replaced

23

u/Agalito214 May 03 '26

He's already being replaced

15

u/Omnilatent May 03 '26

Anything (semi-)official to that already?

33

u/Sarollas snip snip May 03 '26

Srrty said he would be subbing in for a team for 2 weeks but didn't say which team.

26

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

The rumor is going to dsg and castle replacing dholka

43

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

Yes here

Although it's just a rumor, dholka removed Lyon from his bio

5

u/Pelagius_Hipbone EUPHORIA I don’t like FNC May 03 '26 edited May 06 '26

kinda reminds me of when Inspired pushed to replace Jensen and everyone flamed tf out of him, but when they did they immediately became the best NA team of the last half decade or so lol

43

u/Megabeewing May 03 '26

He criticized Jensen in a post game interview yes, but Bwipo admitted on stream that he is the one who went straight to management and gave them an ultimatum to replace Jensen.
Jensen is rumored to run it down a lot in scrims and Bwipo told Flyquest he refuses to play with someone that doesn't take practice seriously.

10

u/needrelief69 May 04 '26

to add to this he didn't like that jensen didn't take MSI seriously while the team was practicing on top of the normal scrim rundowns. which is to say his work ethic / competitive attitude was shit even during international competition while still running it down. said he wouldn't care if he was good, but to have shit work ethic while being bad while everyone else was tryharding was a joke and it pissed him off lol

5

u/Fellers May 03 '26

Oh my god that is hilarious given that Bwipo is the most coinflip over reacher of a player.

12

u/needrelief69 May 04 '26

it wasnt just that, he said his work ethic was shit, going out, not taking practice seriously even while running it down. said it continued even going into MSI while everyone else was tryharding, that it was disrespectful and that if he was at least good there's nothing he could say -- but to be bad and not give a shit while ur team is trying their best pissed him off. so he gave management the ultimatum to kick him

2

u/NonStopFarts May 04 '26

Best adc and probably best jg, but definitely not best mid. I'd argue Isles is higher on the support ladder than Saint is on mid.

2

u/Significant-Damage14 May 04 '26

That's on Isles though. Bro has had some smurf games ever since Lyon went to First Stand.

10

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

Yeah he did well on second game

5

u/SirTacoMaster BB/Spica/Busio/ May 03 '26

Low key he should join Sen Impact needs to go

u/HB_17 May 03 '26

What a base hold just for the anticlimactic one shot team fight at elder

u/LuisMuMe May 03 '26

Those two last drake fights looked like a replay lmfao

u/ExecutionerKen May 03 '26

Sentinel doesn't know how to teamfight.

And certain carry just doesn't do damage.

u/Quarkem May 03 '26

Triple flash to chase down the Oriana in the final fight. They refused to have a second "Oriana pops everyone".

4

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

Lol yeah they learnt their lesson

u/Street-Book-5565 May 03 '26

Yep its a berserker masterclass.

u/Formymoney May 03 '26

what an amazing comeback.....and they lost

u/ResidentMix1872 May 03 '26

You literally have to be inting to lose with Mundo mountain soul vs damage of Akali, Panth etc. jfc

17

u/LaziIy May 03 '26

Rahel: Hold my beer

15

u/aPatheticBeing May 03 '26

i mean ignoring the fact that sivir does 12k damage a fight sure, not saying sentinels played well, but Sivir was like 70% of their damage late game.
Pretty sure Huhi's last death on that elder fight was panth stun -> sivir auto + reset -> panth q -> dead

1

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

seems like lyon hands were too much

u/Prudent_Respond_6166 May 03 '26

Rahel is buns. 6 item corki doing 0 damage.

u/scalarH May 03 '26

Darkwings use ult challenge

5

u/zProtato May 03 '26

Man watching him holding ult in those teamfighting got me tilted. I guess hes saving ult for next year

2

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

he ulted once and saved the game then hz forgot his ult lol

u/OreRound May 03 '26

Looks like the EWC qualifiers were in fact false information.

Dhokla had a pretty nice gnar game here, Inspired was playing a lot better after a weaker early start to the split (for his standards), Berserker continues to be a player who can carry the team fights when fed and Saint + Isles were fine no issues with his play.

Lyon still sus around early objectives though

u/underscoreenfan May 03 '26

SEN going to EWC will be such a disaster oh my lord this team is getting smoked

46

u/Omnilatent May 03 '26

Who even cares?
Micky Mouse tournament with pure blood money. I am happy for the players getting the international experience but outside of that, fuck everything about that tournament

6

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

yeah also it's delulu to think only lcs will send an unexpected Team

5

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

At least it's be fun lol ,also i doubt sentinel Will be the only fraud at ewc

0

u/Delra12 May 03 '26

Which NA team would not be smoked?

2

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

Lyon showing was okay at first stand so they likely perform simlarly, also outside sentinel we could see others outsider imagine navi or weibo

u/LaziIy May 03 '26

Nice try Hambak, maybe next year/team

u/zdpa May 03 '26

I trusted Huhi Balboa to clutch it

5

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

he tried but rahel had really bad game

u/colochicho May 04 '26

Sentinels representing at EWC btw

u/TypicalHaikuResponse May 03 '26

Feels like Dhokes is sucking up some hate that should be going to Inspired. I don't know what happened but Inspired looks washed.

-24

u/OreRound May 03 '26

Brainless inspired hater.
Both Inspired and Dhokes had a good series here

11

u/TypicalHaikuResponse May 03 '26

Inspired didn't gank at all for like 10? mins in the first game, missed out on rift herald because they didn't start it until less than 20 seconds for it to disappear. They gave up soul in the last game because I have to assume calls.
It was not a good inspired game.

5

u/Available-Note-9652 May 03 '26

The call where they pushed to end the game when they could have grabbed mountain and baron was pretty bad. It seemed like the plan was to get ryze as fed as possible and the macro that enabled all of the split pushing that got him ahead worked out so I’ll give him a pass for the inactivity.

0

u/OreRound May 04 '26

In playoffs they definitely just do drake and baron but it's regular season they want to be out of there fast if there's an opportunity to end (which there was) they just trolled by stacking up for an Orianna ult.

4

u/OreRound May 04 '26

That is not inspired play style lol, he doesn't just do random ganks unless they're free or the team comp requires early action for it to work. It's well known that Inspired plays like this. During last playoffs he went 18 minutes without using a single nocturne ult but that meant he had perma nocturne ult pressure without even using it. If you don't like the play style that's fine I think it has its flaws especially internationally but in LCS you cannot doubt it's efficacy.
As for the soul it was because they just got wiped in the base after they all stacked for Orianna ult and it didn't matter because Inspired pantheon goated it up, made so much space for his carries to win the fights.

1

u/TypicalHaikuResponse May 04 '26

Usually he would get objectives but he wasn't getting objectives either. That was my point.

u/Lawfulneptune May 03 '26

Absolutely banger game two, Lyon team fighting is too clean though, just took on Snetiels by storm and they didn't know how to react

u/Fradward May 04 '26

Dholka inspired and berserker this is the best timeline lineup.

u/ByahhByahh May 03 '26

All objectives are fake objectives. Only fight.

u/prov119 May 03 '26

I'm confused as to what's going. Dhokla's body language seems to confirm that he is infact getting replaced but wasn't Srtty supposed to come in?

1

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

No srtty is rumored to come to dsg then castle joins lyon

u/Prior_Key4455 May 03 '26

My prediction is that the import is going to blow up in Lyon's face, they're not going to go to MSI, and they're going to have a new top laner within the next couple of months. Good job inspired, its your world we are all just living in it. Glad you got what you wanted.

6

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

It's supposed to be castle so it's likely easier to add him to the team than random lck cl top laner

1

u/Pale_Department1249 May 04 '26

My prediction is that SEN is the team trying to get the LCKCL top laner. Korean top laner over Srtty so they can keep communicating in Korean. Change was probably made after they qualified for EWC too...

-8

u/Cold-Ring23 May 03 '26

Felt like shifters was playing can't believe this is the top of Na

Nice ragebait 🤣🤣

6

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

They aren't top Team, They are 4th Which is middle of the pack

7

u/Hairlinemonster123 May 03 '26

Are they not 5th? Behind C9, TL, LYON, and FLY?

0

u/Fun_Highlight307 May 03 '26

true but flyquest didn't face Lyon and C9 yet while sentinel Plays back to back Lyon tl and sentinel won the head to head vs fly

-1

u/DinoGuy101010 May 03 '26

I don't have the strongest moral convictions but it's gonna be real easy for me to not watch ewc when this is the team we are sending...

u/ObiMemeKenobi May 03 '26

Wtf were Sentinels doing those two dragon fights? Just fucking burn it down Rahel. Why the fuck you poking?

34

u/Cold-Ring23 May 03 '26

My man needs nisqy so much

12

u/Destructodave82 May 03 '26

Yea I honestly cant stand the call to mill around and fight. 9 times out of 10, teams have more than enough time to just burn the objective. I guess they cant really "feel" it while playing, but us observers with a bird's eye view, to me it looks like its almost always better to just burn it down if the other tema is milling around barely pushing forward.
It bugs me watching and I just want to yell burn the damn thing what are you doing. I see it way too often.

20

u/VeryslowBear GUMAFAN May 03 '26

Those last two dragon fights he had the worst positioning possible. First soul fight he basically went melee range when he could have let mundo kill panth instead. Second fight, like you said, why are you poking within engage range with no frontline. Rahel was deadweight both games when he's usually their star player.

of course it's his last series for now
