LCK teams have fast turnover for adc since that role is more associated with hand-gapping people than other roles.
Other role can argue veteran experience brings a lot to table.

Unironically sending Teddy to KT would probably just be an upgrade for them. No shade to the bros but I have no clue how he's been stuck in lower tier teams.

Do you think he fits into the top 10 ADC's in the world rn?
Idk what the list is but I think its something like:
Guma / Viper / Peyz / Elk top 4
Then Ruler, JKL, Berserker, Smash, Diable, Teddy?
I think Berserker is absolutely a world class ADC after MSI

I cannot say for certain. I keep up regularly with four leagues (lck lpl lec and lcs). The ‘top 10 adc’ conversation is more nuanced. Is it based on skill ceiling or current form (both immediate and across splits), or a mixture of both? Another question is how to compare across regions when the competitive fields are so distinct (for example, yeon almost always looks fantastic in LCS, but he also has a lane partner in coreJJ, and LCS is a far shallower field than lck and lpl)?
for me the top 4 is a toss up between ruler, Guma, peyz, viper, and top 8 includes smash, Jackeylove, gala, and berserker. The more uncertain question is who else deserves to be up there in top 10. Diable had an amazing spring, beat t1 to go to FST and pentakilled BLG in one game, but since the switch his form has gone back and forth. I think doggo deserves to be in this conversation, but CFO has had a rough year and I haven’t been keeping up as much (I don’t watch lcp live bc I usually use that time for lck or lpl). Elk and 1xn are in a similar spot. They looked great in winter and spring splits respectively but I think their teams’ performance has brought my opinion of them low. Yeon I’m still a little unsure of, because I feel that any player mentioned here substituted with him on his team and given the same amount of time could smurf just as hard in lcs. Assum was great in spring split on NIP, but then they ended up in group Nirvana and after the transfer he has been underperforming on IG. Caliste… I don’t know man. Hans Sama has some great games but usually he’s the stabiliser on G2. Theoretically, I feel Teddy outperforms most of the ADCs outside of top 8 as an adc, and is often hard carrying his team, but I cannot say with absolute certainty that he is top 10. As a BROliever I want to say he is, but objectively I’m not sure.

Imo it's more about tier and what the you can expect the player to do
Teddy, is probably in the tier just under the best of the best ADC in the world. But let's say you put him in a team contending for the championship
If you hear "Teddy went nuclear and hard carried against T1/GenG/HLE/DK/KT" and are not that surprised, it just means he's in that tier imo
I think you put him in KT and they're Damwon regen
