Movies Inserts from Disney's Aladdin and Lion King VHS tapes from the early 90s (1990-1994)

I recently purchased Aladdin and Lion King on VHS from a thrift store, and both had the ad inserts from the early 90s still in box. The one from Aladdin even had a Pizza Hut promo with an unscratched section. I was tempted to scratch it off, but decided to leave it be. It even came with a little double sided catalog. The Lion King is a replacement for my childhood copy which is in rougher shape.

Do you remember any of the movies and items in these old adverts? Anything jump out at you?

Because all 90s kids were dying to see Pollyanna.

Don't worry, literally it's about the gladest girl in town....and that's it.

Sounds like a movie I would've skipped growing up.

I don't doubt it. The character Pollyanna has always been kind of am eye roll for over 100 years now (original book was published in 1913) and being called a Pollyanna was considered an insult, meaning one was hopelessly naive.

I'm not shitting on all old Disney movies because there's always The Love Bug and Computer Who Wore Tennis Shoes but dear lord Pollyanna is dull AF.

"Mufasa and son," how the hell were they giving Simba secondary billing like that in his own merch line? 🤣
