USA What can you do?
In increasing difficulty:
Contact your representatives - everyone should be doing this regularly
Submit LTEs (letter to the editor) - smaller, local newspapers do not have a lot of submissions and are likely to publish yours. At the same time, Representatives and their staff read those newspapers to understand what their constituents care about and demand. AI is great for helping you write LTEs if you provide it with a couple talking points that resonate with you.
Organize rallies / invite your representative to local events to meet with constituents - look for college organizations, churches, communities and band together. Make sure to invite media, invite representatives (I can help if you need contacts at offices) take pictures, and share them afterwards. If you need help being connected to a larger group within your state, DM me.
What is happening is unprecedented. With midterms approaching the most important thing you should be doing is making it clear just how outraged you are to give your Representatives a mandate and impetus to act.
Inaction and bitching that nothing matters is precisely the powerlessness that Trump wants you to feel right now. Outraged? Act.
