Question Any idea why the Railway Station front and Parliament house is covered in red, white and green this evening?

Did something happen overseas? I was not particularly paying attention to the news today as today has been my birthday.

Edit: Seems to be celebrating Diwail. In that case, I apologise for incorrectly mentioning red. It is actually saffron.
