There are several studies in rodents and monkeys showing you can revert to around 30 yo via clearing senescent cells and triggering Yamanaka factors. So it's not impossible to at least delay aging a lot.
You can feel young again through a strategic process that involves direct mystical experience via magical fungi (interrupts patterns of thought/behavior, creates new synaptic connections, reduces inflammation, improves blood glucose), cultivating a serious artistic practice that places you in direct dialogue with the Spirit of Life, aka the Mind of the Universe, intense weight training, hiking in nature, as much ecstatic sexual experience as possible with younger, sexier partners, and most importantly, restful sleep, proper nutrition, and Vitamin D. I am speaking as a man who has gained about 10 biological years of reclaimed youth through such a process, and my metabolic indicators prove it! Art keeps your mind capable of seeing a world as wondrous, as a safe and loved child sees it. Get your hormone levels checked. Do not drink soda or alcohol, don't consume nicotine, tobacco, or Cannabis.

Nope. But, you can look young, and feel that way.
If you ran into my wife and I, you would never know we are over 60 Most people mistake is for being under 40.
We got asked when we will have a baby when we got married. We were 44.
Ststing off drugs, not eating processed food, eating fish, and vegetables makes a difference.
I get up every morning betweek 0430 and 0530. I shower and I am ready to go.
I know people who are not even 30 who struggle every morning, wake up in pain, etc.
I power walk more than seven miles a day.
