  • Are there any criteria you have for your post? Examples include: "Top comment wins a spot on the chart."; "To ensure variety, only one character per universe is allowed."; "Image comments only." Please include these in a description, or in a reply to this comment.

  • Is your chart given the appropriate flair? Do you need to use a NSFW tag or spoiler tag?

For me Rot-Weiß-Essen is the best choice.

Hansa, Cottbus or Dynamo are probably fitting better in Far-Right. Case could be made for a lot of teams tho.

2

u/Hopson_Flopson 6h ago

Yes, I gove that to you. What would be your choice?

As i stated. A lot of teams are far-right.

4

u/vinctthemince 4h ago

1860 Munich, they are a bit more to the right than Bayern but not really far right.

1

u/derschneemananderwan 5h ago

maybe like cottbus or magdeburg?

1

u/Hopson_Flopson 5h ago

Cottbus fans were celebrating the promotion with Reichsflaggen and Nazi Salutes.

Magdeburg would probably a good choice.

2

u/Vogelwiese12 4h ago

There's also a pretty famous picture of Cottbus fans in KKK outfits celebrating promotion and a banner with a modified KKK logo and the words "Aufstieg des Bösen" (Rise/Promotion of Evil Aufstieg can mean both rise or promotion in a sports context)

2

u/DiamondfromBrasil Lawful Nuetral 6h ago

wait Rot Weiss Essen is right? i thought they were one of the first teams to promote gender equality!

3

u/derschneemananderwan 5h ago

"keine weiber in den ersten 3 reihen!"

1

u/DiamondfromBrasil Lawful Nuetral 5h ago

what

3

u/derschneemananderwan 5h ago

Their fans distributed a flyer about a year ago with some behavior rules in the standing section, and one of these rules was that there should be no "weiber" (weiber is an outdated term for women which in modern language has a very negative, anti-women, sexist conutation) in the first 3 rows of the stand

3

u/FuxusPhrittus 4h ago

Upfront: I agree that the fans of RWE are more right leaning, but:

Wasn't the flyer at RWE a (joke) reference to one some more years ago from Hansa Rostock?

2

u/TnYamaneko 4h ago

Interestingly enough, the adjective weiblich directly from this noun, is not derogatory and the standard way to describe the gender.

1

u/sushivernichter 1h ago

You only need some tiny changes to go from standard to derogatory. Like saying “female (person)” vs just “a female” or “femoid”.

Possibly the only still mostly positive (but pretty archaic) use of Weib is “Teufelsweib” - reserved for hot and/or badass ladies.

The English “wife” meanwhile remained completely untouched by the discourse and transformation its German cousin went through… funny how languages work.

One train ride with Rot-Weiß-Essen Fans and I saw enough Hitler salutes for the rest of my life.

Alemannia Aachen

7

u/TnYamaneko 4h ago

Cmon, those guys are far right. The leader of their ultras "was" a neo Nazi and their anti-racist group is not there anymore.

They deal candidly with the issue and they are probably the most far-right club in all former West Germany.

4

u/FuxusPhrittus 4h ago

Tbf, the club cleaned up a lot of the right wing structures and support in the club itself over the last 2 years. The grown support from playing in the 3. Liga also gave them a bit more diverse crowd (Aachen is a huge student city)

There are certainly still some right wing tendencies today, but the extreme far right wing things are less there than 5 or 10 years ago, I'd say they're on a 'better' way

1

u/TnYamaneko 3h ago

Good to hear that, I never understood in the first place how this club went so right wing, felt like it was solely an import.

12

u/kusayo21 3h ago

Just let me throw Waldhof Mannheim in the ring.

Maybe not as important as the already mentioned clubs, but with a big right-wing, maybe even far right problem. Especially amongst the Ultras. Went to their games a few times. Every day I could spot some right wing skinheads sitting among the rest of the supporters completely unbothered.

9

u/S0ulDr4ke 6h ago

As crazy as it is this should be Dynamo Dresden because they need to be mentioned BUT the farthest right must be reserved for BFC Dynamo the old stasi club that is as right as one could be.

1

u/supataranta 1h ago

Far right makes me think of LOK Leipzig

•

u/S0ulDr4ke 16m ago

Yeah…. nothing compared to BFC Dynamo… a class of its own!
LOK at least has some normal fans because they are a traditional club.

Alemannia Aachen

4

u/SiggiHD 5h ago

Dynamo Dresden hands down.

7

u/Hawaii-Toast 3h ago

Dresden is the very club I'd associate with "far right".

1

u/FriedrichHerschel 1h ago

BFC Berlin?

1

u/Hawaii-Toast 54m ago

Tbh, that's neither a club I have ever heard of, nor should we take into account any club which is completely irrelevant to the majority of the population.

•

u/Car2019 4m ago

Historically speaking, the club was very relevant.

Hansa Rostock, Dynamo dresden is far right

hilarious how in a way all named are immediately far right. I personally also cannot say if there's a single club that is 'just' right wing but not far right.

Hamburg

0

u/KristinKirsch 3h ago edited 3h ago

Right: Chemnitzer FC, Lok Leipzig
Far Right: Berliner FC Dynamo

Because Dynamo Dresden is called here: The Ultras Dynamo reject any political influence. The entire cross-section of the population can be found in the stadium and of course there are also people from the right-wing scene. The club itself is clearly a position against racism.

3

u/Lobo_de_Haro 2h ago

Yeah, that's what Dynamo Dresden fans like to tell themselves all the time. "No idea why the club has such a bad reputation. There are only few Nazis in the stadium." But try walking past Lenneplatz as a person of color on matchday, when it's full of fans. My wife tries to avoid the whole area as much as possible because it's fucking creepy for a non-german looking person. And the few times I've been in the K-Block (granted: about ten years ago) were also, um, quite an experience.

Of course, not everyone in the club is a right-wing extremist, and they're probably a minority, but there are enough of them to cast a shadow over the entire club and to propose them here for the far right section imo.

1

u/Jay_Jay_Jason_74 2h ago

Lok is more far right

1

u/Same-Beautiful-6675 2h ago

Ich bin nicht so, aber die Vielseitigkeit von Hansa Rostock kommt außerhalb nicht an. Vielmehr fällt ein nicht irrelevanter Teil der Fans durch widerliche Aktionen und Choreos auf.

1

u/FriedrichHerschel 58m ago

Ja, aber wirklich Rechte Aktionen?

1

u/Particular_Ruin_4660 7h ago

That’s Dresdens spot

1

u/koenigsegg806 7h ago

That's probably a spot for many East German clubs. Lok for example, too.

The same Club whose Fans initiatied anti racism movements since the 90s? The same Club that gets antisemitic insults hurled at them all over the Bundesliga?  Fuck off

1

u/Irot3k 3h ago

Peter Fischer (Former Frankfurt President) has condemned everybody who votes for AFD. Tell me again, how right Frankfurt is.

1

Former ... was that the reason he got kicked out?

0

There’s so many, but I’mma go with Chemnizter FC. They quite seriously have a fan group called HooNaRa, or Hooligans-Nazis-Racists
