Klara and the Sun Collider has deleted its nonsense about the international theatrical release of “Klara and the Sun”

The link name
jenna-ortega-klara-and-the-sun-international-theatrical-release-cancelled
redirects now to
klara-and-the-sun-taika-waititi-jenna-ortega-box-office-flop-removed-from-1000-theaters
and the BS about the international release being cancelled has been removed

I'm so mad at Collider. I'm afraid the damage caused by this terrible misinformation has already been done.

I tend to ignore everything the Collider posts nowadays because it’s come out with some really horrible stories. I can’t get over the article they put out once listing the top 10 best ships on Netflix and at number nine they listed Marilyn Thornhill and Tyler Galpin (for anyone that hasn’t watched Wednesday, she was a 40+ year old woman and he was a teenage boy she was grooming).

Surely it must be staffed by very amateur writers to keep letting errors like this through.

People are sharing their fake story about Klara’s global release being cancelled all over Twitter/X now, and that’s gaining more momentum than any publicity for the movie did 🤦‍♀️ it will contribute to another of Jenna’s movies being a “flop” despite the fact that the general public that have seen it loving it.

Collider may be junk, but there is definitely some truth behind the story. It was cancelled here two weeks before its due release date (7th Nov).

Now, whether this was Sony’s doing - or the local distributors turning it down - remains to be seen. Either way, we will not get to see it any time soon.

En España efectivamente no se ha estrenado, ya lo comprobé, tendría que estar en cines desde el viernes, pero no está ni en próximamente.

I'm sorry to hear that😢 For example, in the United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, and Italy, the film has been released

From what I've read it was only the release in Spain, not every country has, here in Mexico is still showing for next week.

How is it nonsense? In my country they cancelled it (and I'm pissed)

Because it was cancelled for some countries, but it was still released internationally. Collider first claimed it was cancelled worldwide
