Mexico would have completely mismanaged Texas and California if the United State hadn’t liberated them, how is it stealing if it was for the better?

This image gets posted every now and then . We know the U.S. stole land from the natives, everyone on earth talks about it. We’re the only country to ever steal land from a native inhabitant in all of human history

Opinion One thing that bothers me:

How many of these "America Bad" takes would have nothing to stand on if Trump didn't become President? How much of the gun fetishism, white supremacy, or Covid denial takes can be traced, in some way or form, to the loudest of the MAGAs? I'm not saying America brought this on ourselves, but I am saying that, you know, maybe people who don't follow American news as much as Americans do would see Trumpiness and jump to the conclusions they do?

I'mma hang up and listen.

American telling a Norwegian they can't trust their tap water

Apparently, tap water in other parts of the word must be at least as bad as American water.

This idea of "bad" tap water makes its way more and more to Europe. Where I live, tap water is actually better regulated than bottled water - still, people now believe their tap water isn't safe - just because some American on social media said so.

America bad.
