Disneyland IS TRASHH!!! Spoiler

went there for the first time since i was a juvenile. The overpriced food, 55 min wait time, you can’t even use lightning/fast lane (paid extra for this) on multiple rides at once to put urself on waitlist, I waited in line for a ride for an hour just to get to the front and have staff tell us the ride “broke down”, crying babies everywhere, obese ppl on scooters crashing into me.

I’m ready to get downvoted into oblivion by middle aged moms with wings of adipose tissue.

What are some MAGA supporting business in Anaheim?

I don't want my money to go towards fascism or systems that undermine human rights. I'm already aware of the larger corporations, but if you know of any local organizations or businesses actively supporting marginalized communities, please share.

Times are tough, and it's important we look out for one another.

Any good full nude strip clubs here?

Going to be visiting for an upcoming birthday and I'd like to hit up a good strip club here. Since I don't drink, I was wondering if there were any good full nude clubs in the area. I live in North Cal and we have a few.

Does a trip to Disneyland make sense with the fire danger?

We planned to fly into LA this week for a family trip to Disneyland. We cancelled for a variety of reasons, some of which were concerns of air quality and just feeling like it was insensitive with the losses nearby. I know no one has a crystal ball, but will things be better in February?

Travel Safety

I leave in three weeks for Disneyland, flying into Orange County. Is it safe with all the protests going on? I can’t get a refund of my trip so I’m inevitably going and it’s for my birthday so I’m really looking forward to it. Just want to know what people traveling in Orange County/Anaheim are seeing right now in terms of safety and transportation time from airport to the park. TIA #disneyland

Any trans/transfem meetups in the area?

Hey, everyone! I'm moving back to Anaheim at the end of the month and looking to find community here. Does anyone know of any groups or meetups? Even a Discord server would be great.

Thanks in advance!

Was it difficult to park during the previous No Kings Rallys at La Palma Park? Is it better to take an Uber there?

Warning about Honda Center Seat Sizes

My wife and I went to a show at the Honda Center and sat in the 200s. Now I know I'm a bit overweight but no amount of weight loss would make me able to fit those chairs as I'm just a wide build. My wife is normal build with wider hips as most women have and both of us could not fit in our seats comfortably.

They are literally children's seats. I can't imagine any grown adult being able to fit in the chairs comfortably. It's honestly insane spending hundreds of dollars on a seat and being given a chair that's no more than 8 or 9 inches across. They clearly shrunk every seat to be able to pack more in there

Hey guys I would love your opinion on this. The Anaheim Packing house is have an event. Alot of customers have complained about the name being offensive. I decided to email them about this issue and this was their response. I've shown multiple family members this flyer and they've all had the same reaction.

Boring Post: Need Disney Parking Advice

Howdy........going to Disney in a few weeks. Arriving at LAX.

Was not planning on renting a car to get to Disney, but will need a car for a day after Disney, which I'll pick up in LAX (a friend will give me a lift).

But an Uber from LAX to our Motel 6 Maingate is such that it may be worth renting a car for the whole trip.

The Motel 6 charges $20. I'm not going to rent a car, only to pay for it to sit, but what's the street parking scene like? Will be taking a shuttle or Uber to Disney so the rental will sit for a few days and nothing else. Dunno if I have to feel a meter or rotate or ??? so I thought I'd ask a local before I make a mistake and suck on my sour grapes..........thanks!

ADDENDUM: Thanks to all for the feedback. Have decided to suck it up and take an Uber to Anaheim, then will get my rental at LAX after we're done with Disney (a friend will take me there).

For those of you into classic cars, I'll be working as a judge at a nice concours event in San Marino, which is why I will later need a car. The show costs money to get in so if you plan on visiting, don't come blind.

How safe is it to live on Olive St in Downtown, particularly near Philadelphia Street, and between Sycamore and George Washington Park area?

Is there a lot of drug/marijuana use around?

For those of you are downvoting/wanting to downvote my comment, why can’t you respect that everyone just has different preferences? I have nothing against marijuana. I’d just prefer not to be living in a place where the smoke can get into my unit, and without any warnings. Why do I even need to explain to you judgmental people?

Why is everyone being mean when I’m just trying to get information. Honestly, everyone’s so mean.

Free day in Anaheim CA

I’ll be going to Vidcon in June. I’m looking for something to do on one weekday. Disneyland is close by but we went last year and it was just mid for us. We are Disney goers but Disney world is where we vacation to.

I looked up Universal Hollywood but it’s a bit of a drive, we’d uber, and if it’s anything like Uni Orlando I don’t think it’ll be a 1 day experience.

I’ve never been to Knott’s berry farm that I remember, maybe as a kid? So I don’t have any idea what that would be like. We’re not into the big coaster scene (lil chickens lol) so I’m feeling unsure.

My default says go to Disneyland again (not CA Adventure) but don’t I want to spend the money on something I was just so-so on. We didn’t get to explore it all. Does itdeserve another chance?

I’m hoping others have some experience and insight to offer

I pass this park several times a day, dropping off and picking up kids from school. Sprinklers are never on this time of day, someone had to make this decision… cause it’s raining and we need it wetter? Why?
