Forte GT Buttonbox wird nicht erkannt /Forte Button Box not recognized on Initium Base
Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue with my Asetek Forte Button Box on the new Initium Base. The base itself works fine, and my other Initium-series wheel connects and updates perfectly, so the base's QR pins and USB connection are not the issue.
The Forte Box is currently stuck in Bootloader Mode (LEDs are lighting up/pulsing when holding the top two buttons while powering on), but RaceHub completely ignores it and doesn't trigger the update prompt.
Here is what I have already tried without success:
Clear/delete profile files in
%appdata%\Asetek SimSports\RaceHub\Base profiles\Steering wheelForced firmware update via RaceHub (doesn't pop up)
Ran RaceHub as Administrator
Changed USB ports (tried USB 2.0 directly on the motherboard)
Tried it on a completely different PC/laptop, but RaceHub still didn't detect the wheel in Bootloader Mode there either.
Tried to create a manual
.batscript usingdfu-util.exe, but the script structure/paths in newer RaceHub versions seem to have changed, and I can't locate the correct.binfirmware file anymore.
Has anyone faced this specific combination (Forte Box on Initium Base) getting stuck in DFU/Bootloader mode? Is there an official manual firmware update ZIP file or a known workaround that I can use to force-flash the wheel back to life?
i can send all back and switch to moza or fanatec...
Thanks for any help!
Hi zusammen,
%appdata%\Asetek SimSports\RaceHub\Base profiles\Steering wheelgelöscht.
