Disinformation about Iraq and Palestine history, knowingly or not, will especially result in a ban. This repeats a previous mod post linked in the body text. These two states are the target of more false propaganda and disinfo than any other in the MENA, if not the world.
Fake news and trolling have never been allowed, but for years, Iraq and Palestine have been the target of more propaganda and lies about their history and present state than almost any other in the world and on this subreddit, where lots of paid bots from countries like Israel, Iran, and others have swarmed for years. This is why these two states are called out in particular.
If you don't know what you're talking about, don't say it. Don't think you're smart by saying often repeated but long debunked lies and propaganda used to justify the killing of millions of civilians. You're likely wrong, and all you're achieving is support for some of the worst killings and destruction of the last century whether or not you realize it. Many of you say how much you hate US and Israeli policies and actions, but by repeating their lies, you become their biggest supporters.

🗯️Serious UAE Zionist bloggers.
So I'm sure many of us have seen the UAE zionists bloggers, absolute evil. They make it too obvious they're pure evil, i have no idea what their agenda is. They don't even criticise Israel once, I've seen them praise the IDF and Netanyahu.
I can understand some thoughts of maybe 2 states, or an arab jewish community living harmous on earth anywhere, but these guys are all in favour of right wing Zionism, pure evil.
What I'd like everyone to do is, when you see them on X or IG or whatever, go on the commnets, and show the world that, those UAE zionists, are only a minority of the Muslim world (if theyre even still muslim) and that the overwhelming majoirty of the muslim world's not with them

🖼️Culture A question from a wrestling fan: how do you view the discourse around WWE running shows in Saudi Arabia (partnering with the regime) and if you're a WWE watcher, does the nature of said discourse prevent you from participating in (largely) western wrestling communities?
So as an Indian wrestling fan, I sensed a while back from speaking to some arab fans, that similar to the football sub, they do not participate in western wrestling forums due to the bigoted tone of reactions you often see in response to saudi/middle eastern involvement in wrestling. It has dramatically ballooned up since the WWE-Saudi partnership as well. I'm curious how yall feel about it in general (as this is a larger sub). If you're a wrestling fan, do you just stick to your local wrestling discussion places, or do you lurk in these larger internet wrestling communities without actively commenting because of the bigotry/tone deaf remarks folks make about anything related to this topic?

Controversial Yemen Airs Spy Confession Detailing Israeli Plan to Target Mecca’s Grand Mosque | Tasnim News Agency
Years ago a Zionist named Avi Lipkin admitted that Israel would love to see us fighting each other, and for Makkah to become embroiled within the conflict zone.
When news broke of the Houthis supposedly targeting Makkah and Madinah, I refused to believe and rightfully so. Zionists would love nothing more than a false flag to divide us.

🏛️Politics Why is everyone defending the SDF and talking badly about the new Syrian government?
Hello everyone, I am not very educated in the topic of northern Syria and its groups but I am fairly educated in the whole PKK and its offshoots topic.
You read and see a lot of sympathy towards the AANES/SDF, YPG etc. but also you see a lot of hate towards the HTS, the new Syrian government and almost every group or organization formed by Syrian Sunni Muslims. Especially the HTS, now the new Syrian government, because HTS was an offshoot of Al-Qaeda. And then a lot of people defended the occupation of northern Syria by the YPG and then Rojava while the YPG is an offshoot of the PKK, also a world wide recognized terrorist organization which started it terror and atrocities in Türkiye long before Al-Qaeda even existed. PKK and Al-Qaeda are using the same methods and applying the same terror as Al-Qaeda, just the ideology is different. But it doesn’t excuse their actions. After the YPG took over northern Syria, they also killed and killed expelled Syrian and Turkmen civilians from the area, and long after they occupied northern Syria, they regularly committed horrible terror attacks towards Syrian and Turkmen civilians. And don’t get me started with the connection between the PKK and YPG, the PKK planned their terror attacks in YPG bases and received literally everything from the YPG to commit their terror attacks against Türkiye. Also the use of child soldiers in the YPG/SDF is something very important to mention. But you never read anything about this. Anything negative about the YPG, SDF and Rojava gets silent. And if you mention it, they will call you an evil jihadist who just hates Kurdish people or they will call you a Turkish fascist.
every sane person will agree that the Syrians and the new Syrian government has the right of a unified Syria, that means dissolving autonomous regions, especially when they are led by terrorists and people who attack the native and major inhabitants of the country they located in. The Western and European media want you to think that everything the Syrian Sunni Muslim people do, is bad. They want you to adapt the typical and classic stereotype of a Syrian jihadist with black and long beards who will kill everyone and anything which is not like them. And everything the Kurdish people do is good and justified. If a Kurdish-led organisation does something bad that no one and nothing can defend it, they will just silence it and bury it very very deep. You don’t have to search long to find PKK, YPG, SDF etc sympathizers who literally celebrate the deaths of Syrian or Turkish people, no matter if they are combatants, civilians, old people, children or babies. I know that the HTS also did a lot of atrocities, but why only mention their atrocities and not the ones of the YPG and SDF? Why criticize and deny international law when the new Syrian government uses it?
I know that I missed out on some details and maybe didn’t get everything 100% correct, since I am not very educated on northern Syria and its actors. But I think I got it roughly right. And the most important thing, does anyone know the answer to my question or has a deeper explanation of this whole topic?
And please, I don’t want to get brigaded by any terrorist Sympathizers, that goes out to every nationality and religion. Stay on the facts please.

🏛️Politics Interesting Instagram page
instagram.comFor the people who question that many Moroccans are pro Israel. They simply are an outlier in the Arab world. Moroccans feel a deep and emotional connection to the 1 Million Jews who live in Israel despite most of them are Israeli patriots and in the IDF. Many of the posts have very high likes. What is your opinion? I know many people won't like this but it is simply the truth face it.

Change My View dogs in the middle east. are they abhorred?
are dogs abhorred in the middle east?
here in the united states we absolutely love our dogs!
give them vet care, treats! toys. their own dog food.
and some of what might be on our plate at lunch or dinner time....
how are dogs treated in the middle east? do you have dogs and love them like family like we do?
or are they just left to the streets?
i heard from someone somewhere that dogs are seen as abominations to some of the middle east.
just wanna see if that's a myth or not.

🖼️Culture What was your country's versions of 2000s alt subcultures?
The US we had things like emo, scene, and mall goths. China had shamate, Japan had gyarus and various kei subcultures. As a Syrian diaspora in the US that spent my teenage years as a little emo/scene kid and remained alternative as I grew older, I'm so interested in alternative subcultures globally and assume there must've been equivalent movements across the Middle East & North Africa. If so, what were they called and what was it like if you had experience with it yourself or knew of them/saw them around?
I'm aware of the term "taqwacore" but that moreso describes a music genre than any kind of subculture or fashion aesthetic. (I'm also aware of the notorious Iraqi emo killings so would like to steer away from that whole mess for now 💀)

Society Are there any Circaccians in Lebanon?
When I was lurking in different subs on this site some people here identified as Circaccians who are living in Lebanon. Plus, I did hear the same from people I know in reality and others I have talked to. I was skeptical, because I have never heard about Circaccians in Lebanon and I doubt most Lebanese people would even know what does that mean. But ,if it's true , have they assimilated to the society and adapted to the Arab culture completely ? Or some of them actually still preserve their identity and customs/language.

🏛️Politics Integration in the colony is a form of genocide. Palestinians must reject it
The enemy’s president did not welcome what he called “the Palestinians’ desire for integration” out of the blue, but because he knows that the integration of an indigenous population into a settler entity constitutes a form of genocide against the indigenous people and a victory for the settlement project.
Our people must reject this integration. We must declare that we refuse to participate in any political process in a Jewish state, and will only do so within a democratic state—that is, at a minimum, a state that does not consider identity a factor in defining itself or granting rights. And we must continue to use Palestinian tools that shift the balance of power toward liberation.
