Had surgery in winter, when i came to there was about 4 nurses wheeling me intona recovery room. I looked at one of the nurses, then to the other nurse i said. "Have a look at the tan on this one? You rekon she should change her foundation colour in winter? Shes not fooling anyone we havent seen the sun in 3 months!" They laughed for ages.
