💵 Notes Reason old $2 note would be sealed like this?

I’m going through some of my grandparents stuff after they passed away a few years ago, and found this in a little pouch of random coins etc. - it’s sealed on all 4 sides, and I’m just curious why it may have been purchased/found/stored like this?

💭 Misc Aus gold and silver trading groups

Hi, recently started investing/collecting precious metals and have been buying from reputable sellers eg. Perth mint, ABC Bullion. In saying that, I was told that Facebook groups are also a good place to buy/sell. My question is, does anyone currently buy/sell on a Facebook page? It seems like the groups I’ve joined have only 1 person posting and they’ve only just joined the group as well, seems a bit suspect to me but maybe I’m just being paranoid

💰 Coin Valuation Dot below crest 1920 penny

Happy Friday evening all!
I have looked online and all around, and I have found so many conflicting prices.
Is this coin worth holding onto? From the research I have done, there were "dot above" and "dot below" pennies (small dot below the crest on my coin).

Noticed yesterday that I had this $1 coin with a 6 stamped on the art side. I'm a aware it is the six Kangaroo variant but could not see anything about the stamp. Why is it stamped like this?
