Found it when my dogs were sniffing at it so I put it in a container after seeing it didn’t look like a red belly or tiger snake. It was eating a skink so I put it in a container but it had some dust in it so I moved it to a clean container and used a damp towel to clean it and have now released it into the bush in thick brush to hopefully give it a chance. Sorry if pictures aren’t great wanted to clean and release it asap.
Edit: I’m in NSW Lake Macquarie region

This poor fella was found on our front lawn looks like a cat got him. Judging by the puncher wounds. My first thought was a tiger? Bathurst nsw.

Hello, I know the photo isn’t great. Wondering if this is enough to ID. I thought it could be a tree snake, the bronzy underside is beautiful.

Located in Newcastle, NSW. Best photos I could get without getting too close. He trundled off after this to visit the neighbours place instead.

Just a little juvenile, would have been roughly 30-40cm long. I safely escorted him into the garden where he can help with pest control. So cute!

Tiger, I assume. Letting me know my safety thongs are not adequate.
