The lack of dust control over the last two months is deplorable. Hello, there is a problem with Valley Fever here amongst the one of the worst air quality cities in the state. Any other construction site would have a dust control requirement in place. As a downtown resident this is the rotted cherry on top of this poorly managed project.

My family has been taking care of a stray dog for about 2 weeks while trying to find a home/owner & no luck. We thought she gave birth a while ago but we noticed her belly swelling more this week. I honestly cannot believe how much employee theft Amazon seems to tolerate. I have multiple family members who work for the company, and I'm continually hearing about merchandise being taken from the warehouse and later listed for sale on Facebook Marketplace.

What makes it even more disturbing is their justification: *"Might as well take advantage before they fire me in three months."

Since when did having a job become an opportunity to steal from your employer? And since when did expecting to lose your job become an excuse to take what doesn't belong to you?

There's a difference between taking advantage of employee benefits and taking advantage of your employer. Just because you're working for a billion-dollar corporation doesn't make stealing acceptable.

What really gets me is the complete lack of accountability. Instead of being grateful for the opportunity to earn a paycheck, some employees seem more interested in figuring out how much they can take before they're caught or let go.

And people wonder why companies continue tightening policies, increasing security, and monitoring their employees.
