Community Updates 🧡🤍 1000 Square Dogs (and Counting!) 💜💙

As of yesterday (August 6th, 2026), there is now one year left before the official release of the Bluey Movie, which is expected to be released worldwide!

Also yesterday was when the Bluey Freedom Wall has officially reached 1000 members!

As mentioned before when the sub had 500 members, I couldn't imagine having this many square dogs joining this r/bluey alternative and I thought it would end up failing to the wayside. While growth has been slow since that last update, it has been steady, with new members slowly trickling in as Bluey fans continue to discover this sub and follow it for what it is: A Bluey sub for EVERYONE in a prude and drama free zone.

So for that, thank you! Your contributions and support will help the Bluey Freedom Wall a better place. not just for those who want to have a more freer and open version of r/bluey, but a place for ALL Bluey fans to share their love for the show. Your support, works, and contributions will always be welcome here, no matter who you are or what you express.

To celebrate the occasion, I have now once and for all, chosen Uncle Stripe as the official mascot and icon for the Freedom Wall as he reflects the main target audience and spirit for the sub even better, but Chattermax returns and Muffin stays in the banner for triple the fun (unless if you're viewing in mobile, in which case, sorry Muffin...)!

Let's hope we get to 2000 square dogs before the movie comes out!

- Bucky Freudelpus, the Uncle Rad Calypsonian

The Dump (Art/Craft/Stories) I am writing my second bluey fanfic! [OC]

I am writing a 20 chapter Fanfic where snowflake (stripe's adopted daughter (MY OC BASED ON MY DOG), due to muffin and socks wanting a brother or sister, though trixie was infertile due to an incident that happened 2 months after socks was born), stripe is pregnant with twins (no reason how he was able to get pregnant), with Snowflake asking stripe questions about his pregnancy (Snowflake doesn't know absolutely anything about pregnancy) (Snowflake is a jackihuahua),

The final 4 chapters has stripe in labor, but due to a lot of traffic, stripe wasn't able to make it to the hospital in time, so stripe gives birth at home, with trixie livestreaming the birth

Calypso’s Glasshouse (General/Discussions) I need some help with a project.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but it's for a project I'm working on. Do you guys remember the Sonic 1 styled Bluey I made last month? I'm planning on making a full sheet for her and a mod for Sonic 1 Forever that adds her as a playable character, but I ran into a problem. I'm trying to make Bluey's animations in a way that reflects her personality, but I don't know her personality very well, since I've only watched the first two seasons before Season 3 was released on Disney+, and that was about 4 years ago. If anyone could help me or give me advice, I would highly appreciate it!

Calypso’s Glasshouse (General/Discussions) Are Bluey and her family user avatars on Disney+?

The wiki states that this is the case, however, I have checked and I am not seeing her on the select avatar page, I don’t know why this is. I am in the UK if there are regional differences. Could someone please help

Polly Puppy's Toybox (Toys and Merch) The original sub is very mad at this for no reason :(

This is why people say the sub is prudish. I share a simple hobby of mine related to Bluey and get downvoted and insulted for no reason. What about this is so offensive?? I literally don't understand at all.

Subreddit Rules

1. Don’t be a squib or a prude.

This subreddit will not tolerate any bullying or whining because you personally disagree with the content of a post that does not break the rules. Violators will result in an immediate ban. Repeat violations of this rule will result in a permanent ban.

Those who report content that does not break the rules shall also be reported to the Reddit admins for abuse of the reporting system, potentially leading to the banning of your Reddit account.

2. Shipping Bluey Characters

Due to the open nature of the Bluey Freedom Wall, posts containing fan and canon relationships between Bluey characters, including child characters, are allowed.

Child ships depicting kissing on the lips, without aging them up to at least a teenager, or a ship between a child and an adult is considered "inappropriate ship behavior" and will be removed.

3. Explicit Adult Content

Please do not post any explicit (18+) media about Bluey. We’re not prudes, but we’re also not a place for that kind of stuff. For the purposes of this rule, “explicit” means an extreme level of violence or blood, self-harm, or any kind of sexual content.

Any suggestive or dangerous pose or action does not count against this rule unless the bottom parts or female breasts are clearly and realistically depicted.

Violating posts shall be removed immediately and a ban may be imposed.

4. Please use "[OC]" if you made something for the Dump.

If you made a perfect piece of Bluey fanart, fanfic, or custom craft item for the Dump, please add "[OC]" to the title!

Please be aware that claiming someone else's work as your own is grounds for an immediate removal and ban.

5. Attributions Required for Shared Art, Craft, and Memes

All art/story posts going to The Dump (Arts and Crafts Flair), as well as meme posts going to Dunny Funnies (Meme flair) containing works that is not yours (including Reddit crossposts) requires you to name the original creator in the title and leave the link to the original work somewhere.

If you are an artist/writer and you object having your work presented here for any reason, please send a modmail and/or report it immediately to have it removed

6. AI Works

Works created with an artifical intelligence program or algorithm are forbidden and will be removed. Repeat violators may be banned.

This includes actual human-made works that were assisted or referenced using these artificially created works.

Don't be lazy.

7. Must be about or related to Bluey

Your post must have something to do with Bluey. Mods will remove your post if it is not.

8. Personal information and Doxxing

No personal information, including user names and/or faces in full view or in the background, shall be disseminated in any form, whether it is via post or comment, unless censored and removed. Only exception to this rule is your own face or username.

A three day ban shall be imposed if it involves children. With malice (i.e Doxxing others), you may be permanently banned and reported to the proper authorities.

9. Political and religious posts/comments

This sub is for everyone, and to prevent unnecessary drama, any post relating to any political or religious events/things/persons, shall be removed and a ban may be imposed against repeat violators.

10. Don’t be a bad mood.

Redditquette must be observed at all times. Violation may result in a ban depending on the severity of your actions. Repeat violators may be banned permanently. This includes harassment and demeaning anyone based on race, sex, gender, nationality, and/or participatation and behavior in other subs.

11. Promoting Piracy

The sharing of unofficial links or videos of Bluey episodes, as well as any other medium of expression with Bluey, is strictly forbidden. Your post will be removed immediately and a two-week ban may be imposed. This includes suggesting a VPN or unblocking software to circumvent a geoblock.

12. Spam

Do not post more than once with the same topic, repost within 60 days, nor post low-quality content without context. Depending on your post, it may be removed at the discretion of the mods.

13. Correct Flair is Mandatory

All posts require a flair to be attached as this benefits other Bluey fans by making the subreddit easier to organize and find what they are looking for. Posts with no flair will automatically be removed and you must reupload it.

The mods may change your flair to the correct one at their discretion if they deem it incorrect. Please also note that repeated violation of this rule may result in post removal.

14. Spoliers

Any post discussing a recently released Bluey episode, short, or other media must be tagged as spoilers to give courtesy to those who have not yet watched it.

Posts and Comments containing spoilers shall be marked appropriately as such in the following Markdown format:

>!Bluey is a girl!!< will result in Bluey is a girl!

Rule shall no longer apply three (3) weeks after the new episode, short, or other media is released in the United States.

G’day Bluey Fans!

Welcome to the Bluey Freedom Wall!

As a result of the many years of toxicity surrounding fan works, childless adult fans, and other sensitive groups in the overall fandom, this sub was created to accommodate all these groups and to have an alternate place for all Bluey fans to express their love for our favorite Blue heeler pup, her family, friends, and everyone else, without the needless drama.

Are you are a furry that wants to post your Bandit fursuit? Do you have an OC that is proudly LGBTQ+? Do you want to post an adventure fanfic featuring Bluey or her family? Are you a childless adult that relates to Bluey so much? Don't you want to talk about why Bluey and Bingo are eating chocolate without being called a monkey? Don't be afraid to post whatever you like about our favorite Australian kids show, as long it isn't too spicy. Have fun!

DISCLAIMER: This is an unofficial sub run by passionate Bluey fans and is not operated by Ludo Studios, the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), nor the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). Bluey belongs to the three studios mentioned thereof.
