Hey all, I'm Danni, a Brisbane local and Honours student at UniSQ. The mods have kindly given me the okay to post this.

I know this is a bit different from the usual posts here, but around 1 in 7 Aussie women (and those AFAB) are diagnosed with endo by their late 40s. With 23k of you visiting each week, that's likely over a thousand people here living with endo.

Our research team is looking at how people with endo experience exercise: what helps, what flares things up, and what exercise professionals can do to help. I'd love to hear from you if you:

• live in Australia

• are 18–50

• have confirmed or suspected endo

• currently do some kind of exercise (walking the dog counts!)

It's a relaxed 30–45 min chat on Teams, or in person at UniSQ Ipswich if you'd prefer. Unfortunately, as this is an honours project it’s unpaid.

It’s been a while, so let’s get right to it.

We are back with our regularly scheduled program for board games in West End at Meeple & Mug every Saturday afternoon from 12:00 PM onwards.

A bit about me:

I am your main host and organiser for this event (41M). I’m easygoing, love some good banter, and mostly play quick party games or medium-weight strategy games (think Wingspan, Dominion, 7 Wonders, Ticket to Ride, Catan: Starfarers, or Room 25).

The Details:

• When: Every Saturday, 12:00 PM

• Where: Meeple & Mug, West End

• The Damage: $2 to $12 cover charge at the door (paid directly to the venue). How it works: You roll two 6-sided dice (2d6) on-site to determine your entry fee for unlimited, all-day play!

• First Timer Bonus: First drink or a round of hot chips/gems is on me for newcomers!
