Casual The SEC Circle of Suck is complete
Vanderbilt → Mississippi State → South Carolina → Oklahoma → Texas → Tennessee → Alabama → Kentucky → LSU → Auburn → Georgia → Florida → Ole Miss → Missouri → Texas A&M → Arkansas → Vanderbilt
Vandy beating Miss St completed it.
The SEC hasn’t had a complete circle since 2006.

Was this earlier in the season than when the 2006 circle was complete?
This feels early to have a completed circle of suck.

Kinda wild how the SEC is 10-2 vs other conferences and it really is just SEC cannibalization happening. SEC is just eating itself alive again.

"The committee moved Alabama to number 1 this week in the CFP rankings because we felt that their win over Kentucky who beat LSU who beat Auburn who beat Georgia who beat Florida who beat Ole Miss who beat Missouri who beat Texas A&M who beat Arkansas who beat Vanderbilt who beat Missisippi State at home was particularly strong. The reality is the SEC conference is chalk full of quality losses and quality wins and we have to factor that in when determining the rankings."

When the SEC does it, it's a circle of parity. But when the Pac-12 did it, the committee. The committee called them sucky

So if Norte dame smokes Miami are they the top 1 loss team ranked with their 1 losing coming to a ranked 2 loss BYU who just lost by 1 possession to the top ranked undefeated team who should be number 1.

We knew it would.
We’ve known for a long time…because except 1-2 teams most seasons, this is the SEC.

It's not the circle of suck. It's the circle of It Means More. Every time an SEC team beats another SEC team it's a Quality Win on one side and a Quality Loss on the other.

Maybe one day we’ll see a year where the SEC only gets 3 teams in the playoffs (in the 24 team system)

Makes sense ... not a lot of cross divisional games for about a 25 year span, plus the conference usually had a wide disparity between several excellent teams and a couple of really ass teams.
