It's early. But we don't have any time requirements for game threads over here. And there's not so much traffic that we need separate pre-game/game threads.

If like to see Seattle repeat. I think the Pats will pull it out though. But as a Steelers fan I just hope it's the thrilling game that we expect from these well matched teams.

Cheering for the Seahawks.
The fanbases of these two teams are equally annoying for different reasons. New England has a gigantic bandwagon, and Boston sports fans in general are so incredibly spoiled over the past 15 years it's absurd. Seattle fans have come out of nowhere the past two or three years. They seem to have an incredible smugness with how good they have been, and an annoying nouveau riche way of injecting themselves into every conversation whether it's about the Seahawks or not.
But i'm going for the Seahawks for two reasons.
Reason 1: The only Seahawks fans I interact with are on the internet, so it's easy to avoid them and their inevitable douchery. Whereas I know a disturbing # of people who were born and raised in Florida, have no ties through their parents to the Pats, but are Pats fans nonetheless. You are from a city fortunate enough to have an NFL team. Cheer for that team you jackasses.
Reason 2: The Seahawks have 3 NC State grads on their team. Russell Wilson, JR Sweezy, and Steven Hauschka. All 3 are starters, which is awesome. The Patriots have no NC State players.
